OMG Really well surprised, the owner of this place helps you as soon as you open the doors. He direct you for everything, size of the machine, amount of laundry soup, helps with coins and time for your laundry. Machines and place in very good condition. I had big blankets pieces and conforer always a big concern for me.... He helped me so well and made this experience so easy. A big piece of mind for me from now one.... Highly recommend 9

This coin laundry is very dirty. The floors look like they haven't been swept for ages, the tops of the laundry machines are super dusty, the inside of the machines have hair and debris along the outside rims, the compartments where you put your cleaning liquids haven't been cleaned and have crusted layers of detergent and water spilling over. I came to wash here out of necessity and lack of time, but I won't be back. It feels very unhygienic. Just feels like they've given up on the place.

They make more money by dropping off laundry. They continually have machines that do not work or have been removed. I need to find another option.

Stay away from this place. The owner is rude.. very rude and disgusting ?. The machines are old and waste your money and time. I am in the process of filling a city complaint on this business. Stay away from here. I will provide all details soon

Came to do laundry from century village, a bus conveniently takes me to this plaza. Had to wash a small load so I used their $3 machine which was recommended to me by the laundromat attendant. Haven’t done my own laundry in awhile so the help of the attendant was great, will definitely come back if I have the chance.

I wasted my money and laundry detergent here!! AND MY TIME!! It's absolutely horrible how management runs this place. I came in to wash a load using the $6 dollar machine which ends up giving the water amount for the $3 (which is little to nothing for that size wash) I explained to the young lady that was on duty my concerns which then I requested to speak with management. (she also witness the machine quality of water and agreed she would call the manager to assist. Once she called the manager he refused to speak with me and even asked his employee why did she call him because his washer is working fine he and he also denied her his approval to re-wash my clothes in an better machine. I’m writing this review in disgust in how someone could be so rude and nasty to his customer's. It’s ONLY $6 which is also very sad when your employees want to assist in doing the right thing but the manager has no trust that they’re making the best decisions for the situation. JUST BE AWARE OF THE SERVICE THATS BEING PROVIDED HERE… GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!! I also will be making a complaint to BBB bureau.

Had to get some laundry done after the Super Bowl, good experience today, fair priced machines that always work when needed, if I ever have any issues at the laundromat there is always attendants willing to help. Been to most of the laundry’s in the area and none of them have been as good , will definitely be coming here more often.
