Very clean and organized store. There was actual employees around to help people when in most of the other cvs stores, they have 2 self checkout kiosks up front and have abandoned even having a single person up front to help people with problems.

Terrible CVS I’d rather drive out. On my way to any other place then come here ever again poor management terrible workers bad attitude if you want a terrible shopping experience and workers to just be rude and the manager to hide in the isles and just see a giant back up line then just come here.

Nobody speaks Spanish, like there is discrimination. In short, I have to go see because maybe the medications are there.

Liked the CVS on Taft and University before it closed. Since prescriptions were sent here, I've had as much failure as success (it's hit and miss). Computers are down, messages of medicine being ready when actually not, and other random, slow, odd occurrences make this place a little uncomfortable to visit.

The worst customer service ever! Pharmacists and the other pharmacy employees, all they do is mess with customers. They love having “power” over customers lives, they are not working to serve customers, on the contrary, all they want to do is make lives harder for customers. Go “play” with yourselves!
Edit: Full incompetence! The worst!

The people who served me were competent and helpful. The only problem I have with this local store is that the pharmacy is not a 7/24 hour store. When I lived in Fort Lauderdale and used the one in Wilton Manors, I was pleased that they were a 7 day and 24 hour store, and delivered because I lived within 2 or 3 miles. When I asked in Pembroke Pines, they said there was a charge.

The person who helped me is very rude, arrogant and racist (maybe she was the manager because she was carrying the keys, she is a black woman, she didn't have a name tag) she doesn't know what customer service is, I asked her for 2 loreal creams and with a very bad attitude he opened where they keep them locked and then he threw the glass door in such a way that I thought he wanted to break it. This CVS has the worst discrimination towards Latinos by its employees.

1) Those deceitful individuals had the audacity to mislead me regarding the brand I specifically requested, falsely claiming that it no longer exists, despite the fact that it does!
2) To add insult to injury, they had the nerve to request that I return an opened medication that was mistakenly given to me.
3) As if that wasn't enough, they callously denied me the medication I needed by falsely asserting that someone else had already picked it up from Walgreen. However, upon contacting Walgreen, they vehemently refuted all of these allegations.
They had the audacity to make me wait for a staggering 3 hours, only to end up not receiving my prescription in the end.
4) The following day, when I went there again, they subjected me to another agonizing 2-hour wait, only to provide me with the medication from the wrong manufacturer, the one I am allergic to!
They shamelessly resorted to fabricating all sorts of lies, claiming that my insurance was inactive or that the system had malfunctioned, and so on.
After enduring 2 hours of this nonsense and finally reporting them to the Florida Pharmacy Board and CVS, they miraculously managed to provide me with the medication within seconds.
And the worst part? The medication had been there the entire time! They were simply abusing their "power" to toy with me and deliberately hinder a customer from obtaining their much-needed birth control medication!
Can you believe the sheer lack of professionalism displayed in their actions?
They should seriously reconsider their career choices if they have any regard for basic human decency!

Horrible customer service. I have been calling for 4 hours to see if my son’s prescription is ready and no answer or call back. After 6 min of prompts I get is a recording to leave a message for a call back in 2 hours. 4 hours later, no call back yet.
This happens when calling the pharmacy and the store.

Very bad attention from the employees, they don't know how to work with the public, they speak very rudely and they don't know how to solve anything, they also kept my $11 coupon and now it no longer appears in the application but they didn't want to deduct it from me either.

Worst place ever. I went there with a coupon for a prescription. They even didn’t try and told me that it didn’t work. I had to move to Walgreens and wait another week. They don’t even want to try. My sister has to told them that at Walgreens they accept my coupon and they took the coupon. This is so disrespectful because they don’t want to even try.
