Was one click away from registering - then when it comes time to pay, they don’t let you use a credit card, and force you to use your personal banking info. For the many of us who have an allowed stipend on our corporate cards, that’s hard no. Sorry guys - get with the times and upgrade you payment policy to 2024 standards.

I love the new staff! I was going to cancel my membership. I met the personal training manager, the general manager, and the owner and they are terrific. Big change in customer service as well. Blaze’s classes are amazing. Yoga with Claudia is also great!

I have been a member of this location for 4 months leading up to today; I had an awful encounter with the owner, Rubin. I went to the room where classes are normally held which I usually use to warm up and cool down. I had the lights on, and the owner comes in and turns them off while I along with other people are in there. I approach him about that and he tells me this room is only for classes, the disrespect. When I first joined this location back in July, I was directed to this room when I asked where I could warm up and now fast forward to now the owner expects people to exercise in the dark outside of class time. This is a privately owned location, and other CRUNCH locations do not operate like this. I was happy at this location up until my experience with the owner. They also charge a cancellation fee, which is ridiculous. I will NEVER come back to this location and will join a different location that is not petty and frugal like this one.

Small gym for a good neighborhood. Cutler Bay location was more spacious even in peak hours. They just placed this gym to have another location rather than keep up space and customer satisfaction with gym space. I go 30 min after opening so at least I get some space to work out. Other times I tried you can barely do a dumbbell lateral raise without bumping into someone. Sign up policy crazy. Their pick up line is you don't need to pay anything on sign up. You pay prorated monthly rate. Can't leave until you have done three months but you get charged the annual fee on the second month of signing. So basically they collect their annual fee either way and their 3 months is therefore not a trial time. They spam your phone with calls to do their trainer class upon sign up. Serves it's purpose if you have the patience to go and wait a while to get the work out you planned for. Otherwise plan a secondary work out coz you most likely won't have the equipment free when you go in. Crowd is fine but no etiquette to put weights back or cleaning equipment after use but that's not the gyms fault. Love you crunch but this location should have been bigger. This crunch puts a crunch in your hard earned lunch!

In this age of cynicism I lost something of value at this gym, and to my surprise; someone turned it into Lost and Found. Proving definitively that there are good people here. I wholeheartedly have to recommend this gym. I even put the membership on hold and joined and tried LA Fitness in Pembroke Pines on Flamingo and Sheridan for two months. It cost more, was dirtier, busier, and the management was nasty. It was not a better experience. Maybe LA Fitness Hollywood would be good. That one has a way better vibe than Pembroke Pines but Crunch Rocks.

This people are sucks!!! Short story, I never sing with them and one day a guy came to my job telling me the are going to open it, I told him I’m not interesting them he told me the gym is not open yet so I can think abt it, that he can put me on the list that they can call me later, he took my inf and told me is $1 USA dollars for be on the list, (please help me out) I’d thought who go hurts for a dollar, well ME!I don’t live in Pembroke Pines no more and I notice they’re charging me since September, I called them and the receptionist said that I’m not on they system so who taking the money??? I have been a member of this location for almost 3 years now and I truly love this gym and it's staff!!! Especially stephen who has been here for a while, he is very kind and attentive to the members of this club. As he always allows me to charge my headphones and attends to whatever else I may need.

Worst experience on a crunch location, this is the only location that charges you to bring a guest with you peak membership lol one star is too high.Update: after the response from the owner, I would like to clarify that I was told by the rep at the front desk that this was a policy implemented by the franchise owner. I have been at this location a few times and brought a guest every single time without an issue. I doubt that this makes a good impression to potential new members that are visiting with a member but appreciate the explanation, my review and experience this time is definitely a less than one star. I’m not the first to leave a similar review. Again, I appreciate the clarification and wish you the best of lucks!

As a Crunch peak result member, from Orlando, I stopped in for a workout and decided to bring a local guest. They told me there was a new policy that didn't allow me to bring in a guest for free and that I would have to pay $10. I asked if they could make an exception or give him a free workout, since it was supposedly a new policy I wasn't aware of and my friend wanted to check out the location. ( I always brag about Crunch to my friends). They told me they couldn't make an exception. Then, their CC system wasn't working and kept rejecting the card. You would think, since this was already kinda awkward and they were having trouble charging, they would just let it slide. It was like 9:30am on a Monday and the gym wasn't really busy. But Nope. They made us wait there and kept messing with it and finally charged me the $10 dollars. Pretty embarrassing for me, trying to bring someone that could have been a potential new member, and a workout bud when I'm in town, but thats pretty much ruined now. Overall, it's small, compared to other locations Ive visited, but seems to have a little bit of everything. Gave it a 3, mostly for size, cleanliness and customer service.

Overall decent gym. They have two lifting platforms which are great for the Olympic lifts and deadlifts. They have bumper plates too. The free weight dumbbell section was organized and easy to find weights. The downside of this gym are as follows.1. 2 of the 4 rowers are at the brink of breaking at the footplate and all 4 look like they have not been serviced since they got them. Also the flywheel has to be full of dust as there is very minimal resistance even with the damper setting at 102. There are no collars to be found. This could be by design to discourage CrossFit style workouts3. The knurling on the Barbells are very passive.Having said all that if you’re looking for an okay gym to get your power lifts/oly lifts in, this is a good place. Just make sure to bring your own set of Barbell collars.
