My experience was excellent with a Cuban girl who had just started in that store. She told me her name was Lisandra and she treated me with a lot of love and dedicated all the time I needed. I hope I'll be here for a long time because I will be her client as long as she is part of that store and I will recommend it to other friends thanks Lisandra excellent work

Went into Cricket Store as I got a brand new phone and I’m 75 years old and didn’t have a clue how to do SIM card. Tatiana was so helpful and patient with me and totally transferred all my information onto my new phone. She is a great representative for your company. I truly appreciated her help

Horrible customer service. I walked in dizzy and wanted to use the reason at room. The cashier said we don't have public bathrooms. I said, I will be back to buy a phone. I walk in, he tells me that he can’t take me, I have ro wait for the next person in line. Horrible service, terrible eticate and I would never return.

The sales representative was GREAT. He took his time in getting my old phone to properly transfer my photos to my new phone and it wasn't easy. He never showed any frustration just kept trying new way and helping us understand what to do with the rest of the procedures left to do at home.If you're a Cricket Customer and need service this is the store to go to.???
