The Customer Service was on point. I went in and anytime I let the cashier know I wasn't ready to cash out she went ahead and patiently allowed me to take my time. I will be going back. They will answer any questions you have.

Short of the old Educating Hands store, I never had a place that had dedicated sections for massage supplies. I have walked around this strip mall for the last six years but I had never seen Cosmo Prof, and I am glad I did. For starters, this store is meant for licensed professionals only. This includes Cosmetologists, Barbers and Massage Therapists. Some of the material that is sold is specialized and they will only sell to you if you get their membership (which requires a license) or show your license every time you show up. I found it extremely convenient that I have a local shop I can buy Biotone products at. They have massage lotion, gel and cream, and they sell some of the smaller bulk packages as well. Their pricing is not bad at all either. I will probably still get most of my work supplies from Amazon but this is a clutch pinch hitter for when you need to refill and can't wait.

This is the closest store to my job. However, you are followed in the store if you are of a certain hue *cough cough* (if you know what I mean) Everytime I come into this store, they pretend to check items or move items to watch me on the aisle. I've spent over 2K in this store and I make WAY too much money to steal ANYTHING!!! I get offended and standoffish while in this store because of how I am treated!!! I literally have to yell out "don't worry, I do not steal, you don't have to watch me" then they studder and try to come up with an excuse of why they peaked around the aisle or basically followed me to the aisle! Its HORRIBLE! I've purposely moved aisles just to test them and see if they would follow me. And they never fail....right on the same aisle pretending to move bottles. Literally, the chick had the same bottle in her hand the whole 30min I was in the store. And I caught the mgr peaking around the corner at least three times. Smh That is sad and so unprofessional. They have to do better.....everyone with brown/dark skin aren't criminals and we shouldn't be treated as such! I am a faithful Customer and have to yell out a disclaimer everytime I'm in this store. Something is definitely wrong!

Be aware Salon Owners, even if you have your sales tax exemption ID up to date they choose to charge sales tax anyway. Even with proof. Have been trying to resolve this issue for months and their management is no help.
