Super friendly and knowledgeable service. My wife and I met Diana. She listened to our needs and then showed us a variety of options to help us narrow down what best suited us. She also outlined the benefits of an adjustable base. We had not thought of one before but following a demonstration from Diana, we decided it would be an ideal addition to our bedroom. She also knew when to give my wife and I a moment to talk through our options. Definitely recommend.

What a surprisingly pleasant experience! Diana was so wonderful to work with. She was very knowledgeable and extremely patient allowing us to take as much time as possible to try out various mattresses. We never felt pressured, she really attempted to make sure we found a mattress that would meet all of our needs. Such a nice sales person is a rare find, and we’ll definitely come back to see her in the future. Thank you Diana :-)

We came in last minute the sunday. Diana was so helpful and gave us really honest and sound advice. very rarely do you come across sales representatives with as much integrity as Diana displayed. She helped us make the best decision and didn’t rush us at all, despite us coming in 15 minutes before closing. As someone who was a bit weary of mattress stores, Diana and City Mattress really changed my outlook. I am recommending them to everyone.

**MUST READ** Diana is great. Very knowledgeable but unfortunately the company isn't. I originally bought a mattress in a box and as Diana predicted I ended back at City Mattress. However, after purchasing the mattress from them I found the mattress and mattress protector slept even hotter than my Dreamcloud! They tried to sell me sheets as well that were 30% more expensive than Amazon but I fortunately returned those. This company DOESN"T have a satisfaction guarantee on its mattresses. The only thing you can do is return the mattress in exchange for purchasing a more expensive mattress. This has to be done in 90 days. I fully admit that this was told to me but what a horrible way to do business. I'd avoid City Mattress unless you absolutely know what mattress you want and avoid any of their ancillary products as well (e.g. sheets, mattress protectors etc.) They are way overpriced.
