Trying to communicate with the administration is an impossible mission. No one answers the phones, text messages, or emails. The parking issue is recurring; there are never any available spaces, and there is no visitor parking. They charge you for absolutely everything, yet they are incapable of resolving problems promptly. The only good thing about this place is the maintenance team—they arrive on time and never ignore any request. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the administration.

The townhomes are comfortable and if you have an emergency with something related to maintenance, the service is fast. The only thing I don't like and have always complained about since I've lived here (7 years) is the mess there is with the parking lot (many people have parking spaces and use the visitor's ones as well). In addition, smoking is prohibited in the townhouses and in common areas and that has not been regulated. My neighbors smoke marijuana excessively and the unpleasant smoke completely gets into my garage and my porch. It is urgent that they enforce the rules!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I HAD A 1 YEAR CONTRACT AND THEY DID NOT RETURN MY SECURITY DEPOSIT. THEY KEPT ALL MY MONEY. ALSO THEY CHARGE YOU EXTRA FEE ALMOST EVERY MONTH SINCE THEY ARE ABUSERS. THE MANAGER MARIELENA AND SENAI ARE LIARS AND THEY MAKE YOU SIGN A CONTRACT UNDER OTHER CONDITIONS. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE. DO NOT RENT HERE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY...

This property have great apartments comparing with many others in the area, full of amenities , newly renovated and excellent location, I recommend all clients to tour and apply as the process is fast and easy also approvals can be done within 2 days, staffs are very professional.

The worst place to live, the attention of the leasing office is terrible, they never answer the phone, the parking is a nightmare, you will never get an available spot after 9pm and if that were not enough I have two months waiting for my return deposit No one knows how to give me an answer about my case.

I was relocated from California , me and my family found this worderfull place , the townhouse is a must, has everything , my teens are happy and i was approved fast and easy, i was able to move in 2 Days , the staff explained to me all about the property and the amenities really worthy. They have a system that pays you deposit something you can take advantage.
