I’m a Chicos Lover I have the “fierce status” but the costumer service at this store is awful and it is definitely not a kids friendly store, they are not very nice when you go with your kids, they are more worried about anything that kids touch than helping costumers

Visiting from out of state. Walked into this store to see what they had. Most of my wardrobe is Chicos. The clothes I was wearing…pants and top both are from by Chicos. Anyway, two employees working in store. Was never acknowledged at all. No hello, are you looking for something special or anything. They talked to each other but not their customers. Disappointed

my mom took her Christmas present back today, the store refused to give her credit as the 120 day return policy had been up, we tried to tell them the 120 days was when the entire world was in COVID-19 lock down, they refused to give store credit or take her item back, they did not care about the lock down, ridiculous, will never shop there again

Chico's is a clothing store in Pembroke Gardens. They have good quality clothes is sunny colors. Today my friend and I stopped in for a few minutes. I was looking for cool dresses for work and she wanted to see the jewelry. I tried a sleeveless dress on in a rust color. It was the type of fabric that travels well and doesn't wrinkle easily. I liked the fit and style but would prefer it in another color. I liked that they have some classic pieces in crisp white. Ithey also had a nice selection in turquoise and in yellow. I'm going to have to stop in this store more often. The sales staff were warm and helpful but not a bit pushy. It's located just doors up from Soma. You will be glad that you stopped in.
