You want the truth, THIS CHASE IS TERRIBLE!!! How can I, "chase what matters", if I am stuck in long lines due to only one Drive through ATM working 90% the time and the other 10% both are broken. If I can, I usually go inside, but after regular hours, I hate this location. The ATM inside cannot be accessed because the entry reader is broken and the 2 outside are either both broken or you only have one. One ATM would be perfect in Topeka Kansas, but on this major road way in this relatively busy plaza, I think this location needs some attention from corporate. Many chase locations are closing, I think it would be in the best interest of the the customers and bank workers, for the ones that are open to be the best experience you can get! Thank you

Always by appointment but there never on TIME! nobody like nobody can't open a 15 minutes new business account.
Online, appointment) that's all they said. I guess they just don't know!

This is a disgrace for Chase! Might as well close this location! Only the drive thru is available, the enclosed ATM has been closed for more than 8 months now. With all the crime rates at an all time high yoh'd think they'd care more about customer safety, but not them. Check another location, this one is not safe

This is by far the worst chase EVER!! I dont even write reviews. This is my 1st. But I could not take it anymore! Always 1 working AtM. The card reader has been broken for over a year to use the one indoors. As of this writing im behind a pedestrian in the drive through?! Wth?!! And they hold our money? I'm done!!

I originally started banking with chase because there was a location right next to my closest publix. This was super convenient. Since then that chase closed, another super close chase has closed down as well. This leaves only 1 chase. Serving a lot of neighborhoods. That ONE chase only has ONE working ATM. Not a good look chase.

the lady was very rude and dismissive it’s contactless so I have my bank card on my phone via Apple Pay she said they don’t except that and she needs to see my ID. Meanwhile, the ATM on the desk is saying tap she just didn’t wanna serve me due to the color of my skin and I know that because when I left the security guard said bye to the people in front of me, but he just looked at me when I was walking out. This was on 9/9/23 the lady was the teller all the way to the right and big man was just sitting in his chair
