Aldo Alay was an amazing help. I made an appointment and was 15 minutes early and he took me right away. I was in and out in ten minutes. I’ve been a Chase customer for over 15 years. Always great service especially at this branch! Aldo is a great asset to your company!

I went with my mom to this chase branch and unfortunately they didn’t assist us, my mom just wants to open her first bank account and put her money, guess what? They didn’t assist us ! So upset and disappointed with this chase branch staff
