Pilar at the pembroke pines location was so helpful and sweet. I had to speak to the manager on staff to let her know that she had a great employee. She was polite and handled my return swiftly.

This location has made shopping for my pre-teen less stressful. Prices are reasonable, the store is clean and check out at the register is usually quick and easy. Aside from the satisfied smile on my daughter’s face the next best thing is the always welcomed assistance from their store associate Pilar??. Such a beautiful young women inside and out. She’s always eager to rescue us by suggesting the best appropriate clothing for my daughter and find her size so I don’t have wrestle with all the piles of clothes. Thank you to the Most High for this wonderful encounter. Pilar you are a genuine person and we look forward to our next shopping experience with you. Many many many thanks to you Pilar ??? !!!!

I love this store, it has two girls who are very attentive and professional, one is called Melany and the other Blanca, it is really a pleasure to be served by them and their Manager too, they have very good clothes and excellent prices, I highly recommend that you visit it.no stop going

Amazing selection and customer service, my only issue is when i finished paying i noticed the associate circling my card information on their receipt, they were nice and explained the reason for it but i still don’t feel like it’s safe to use your card here, from now on i will be paying cash only.

I’m so disappointed with Charlotte Russe 800 number because nobody answers it’s constantly busy and I need someone to call me because my order has yet to come and I need to know what happened so Charlotte Rus gets one star for their 800 number that is listed on Google, and horrible customer service I called my local store I even called the store in New Jersey and they told me they could not help me over the phone regarding my order.

I would give zero stars if I could. Vary rude employees. Came in there the other day and the two women working did not want to be bothered to help. Bad attitudes. Not friendly shopping environment. Lots of people looking for a job right now the management should find people with better attitudes and more efficient in customer service. Walked out without buying what I came for. It also smelled funny in there.

BEWARE OF THE HORRIBLE MANAGER HERE!!!! I’ve been to charlotte russe on many occasions during when the old manager was there and I’ve always enjoyed shopping at this location, but the attitude of the new owner or manager at the Broward mall is continually disgusting and unwelcoming each time i go in and he is very unhelpful!Today at 4:40 Pm March 5th, I was appalled to be waiting in line and I witnessed him SCREAM at an employee who just walked into the store and confront her about an accusation like he wanted to jump her !?! What type of business are you guys running here! This is the most unprofessional thing I’ve seen in all my years of shopping here! He continued to Try and apprehend her in-front of the whole entire store and not inside his office and the poor young woman cried and even two other customers ahead of me had to intervene and tell HIM the Owner how to treat his employee in a proper manner! I am beyond disgusted and don’t find myself shopping at this location until the management is changed and improved. Employees should not be treated and talked down on as dogs especially infront of customers!

The owner at the Broward location is a bully and talks down poorly on his workers, You can tell he is very unprofessional and has poor management and including communication skills towards customers and employees! I was shopping with my mother today and heard him across from the store verbally attacking an employee on the sales floor instead of talking to her in private to correct her, embarrassing her in front of customers. No business should be run like this, Imagine if it was my kid! Smh. Train your managers better, this has bothered me and many people who shopped here today who intervened.

The vibe at this store has completely changed in a bad way I miss the fun vibe this store used to have. It is also super difficult to find anything due to the mess there always seem to be. Unbelievable how such an amazing store became so bad… very disappointed

i’m only giving it one star because otherwise i wouldn’t be able to post these pictures. this store is so messy and disorganized there’s no way you can find anything without having to dig through the merchandise like it’s a thrift store, it has definitely lost its quality not only in their organization but also their customer service.
