I have been seeing Dr. Wayne H. Case since 1979. He and his staff are very dedicated to their patients' care. I would not trust my care to anyone else but Dr. Case and his staff. In 2021, a problem was detected by his staff which, long story short, saved my life. Thank you Dr. Case, Dr. Paritzky, Stephanie, Sue, Patricia (retired) and everyone. Diane Savoureux

My “Spectacular Family” Medical Center…I am so very grateful to be a patient of Family Medical Center for 20 years and counting. The doctors, nurses, and staff make you feel at home once you step in through the doors. First and foremost, there is the ever-so-knowledgeable Dr. Wayne Case who treats you as if you were his own child. His patience and kindness are as immense as his wisdom. He takes his time to answer all of your questions so that you can feel at ease with any and all of your concerns. Then there is the extraordinary Dr. Cheryl Case-Diaz who always greets you with a smile and is ready to wholeheartedly give you her undivided attention. Her beautiful soul is as bright as the immeasurable knowledge that she possesses in the medical field. There is also the loving and wonderful Dr. Michael Paritzky that always has a hug waiting for you as well as a vast array of knowledge with which he shares from his heart. Each and every doctor at Family Medical Center is truly priceless to my family and me. Not to mention the spectacular nurses, Amber, Stephanie, Sue, and Jenny that ensure you have peace and tranquility all the while making you smile even when one is not feeling at your very best. Last, but definitely not least is the wonderful staff Grisela, Samanda, Jose, and all of the great young ladies, that make sure that whether in person or over the phone they go above and beyond to help you all the while treating everyone with the utmost kindness. Always have had a great experience with Dr Michael and Dr Case everything done right at the office on site. Staff always very attentive and friendly.Highly recommend both of them for medical needs

I love this office been a patient for about 24 years. Dr. Díaz-Case, she's the most caring and professional doctor. I used to see Dr. Case, very profesional and caring too. The staff is always wiling to meet your needs and thats important for me. I was a patient in the Hialeah old office then in Hialeah Gardens doctors there also very professional. I trust this office.

The Pembroke Pines office staff is horrible and unable to complete simple task such as ( to make an appointment). Rude, emotionally unstable staff. The Hialeah office, well that is a completely different story. Safe yourself time and only call the Hialeah office. (305) 558-3571

Very unprofessional office. Doctors as well not efficient at all. Will throw you on another docter without notifying you. Office staff are horrible very unprofessional.

Great Doc, always there when needed Staff could be improved but I don't go there for the staff. I go to see my man Doctor Case!!!!

They charge for services they do not provide and they refuse to work with you.They also prescribe medications you do not need without telling you the dangers of these medications. Thank God I Google everything, I did not take that particolar medication. Will not go again

My experience with this office has always been good. Staff use to be rude but chnages seem to have been made and they are pretty nice now.I always get a response with in 24 hours of my call. Dr is amazing too DR. Cheryl Case Diaz is pretty cool. She listens and tries her best to solve my concerns and always have referred me to the best doctors. I recommended my husband there too.

i feel bad giving 1 star to Dr. Case, but this is the problem... I've been a patient of Dr Case for 20 years. I like Dr Case. I like all the doctors there. I like the nurses. But the staff has always been terrible. After today, I just can't any more. My health is too important to put it in the hands of this staff. Time to find a new doctor.
