“I initially found this place on Groupon and I am so happy with the team here. Even without the Groupon, prices are much better than other local places and they have been the only place I've gone that they don't try to tell you something else is wrong and charge you for another type of service. They get the job done quick and efficiently, don't try to upsell, and are great people to work with. I see from other reviews, it seems to be a family run business - it definitely shows! Highly recommend!”

“Even with the recent flooding chaos, Francisco went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me. Francisco did a great job, but there were some issues outside of his control.

I needed a car for a one way trip and despite being incredibly busy, Francisco was able to get me a car in like 10 min and at a reasonable price. He even provided me options. He was very kind, helpful, and attentive. He valued my business.

I go to get the car and it is very messy and smells like weed. There are crumbs and garbage all over the place, a cooler in the trunk, sticky drink residue all over the dash/cup holders, ashes on the windowsills.

Again, Francisco is very helpful and gets the car cleaned and makes sure to put notes on my account about the car’s condition so I do not get charged when I drop off the car.

With my flight being cancelled a day ago and failed attempts at 2 other rental agencies, I just wanted to get home, so my standards were very low. They basically just vacuumed the floor. The outside or any other interior was not cleaned and the car still smelled liked weed. I didn’t care at that point, but it is kind of shocking they would send a car out like that, which is also what the drop off location told me (they were in shock at the condition of the car).

I get to the drop off location 5 hours north and inform the employee about the condition of the car and to check the notes on the account. The employee says there are no notes on the account and a one-way fee has not been charged, which Francisco told me they did charge when I picked up the car.

I do not entirely understand what happened after this. The drop off location attempted to call Francisco but he was no longer in. The employee who did answer told the drop off location to not make any further charges on my account, so that seemed good.

The next day I call the original pick up location in Pembroke Pines and Francisco is off. The employee who did answer was very quiet (I could barely hear him) and short/brief. I was transferred to someone else who was a bit more reassuring and stated my deposit has been refunded. I would have appreciated if one of the locations took it upon themselves to Keep me updated about the status of my deposit, instead of me having to reach out.

Francisco was a great help and went above and beyond. None of the negatives were his fault. I would return to this location but would have higher standards regarding the cleanliness of the car.
