I would like to commend Rosemary Olsen for being there for my insurance needs for over the last 15 years. She is not a 9 to 5 person. She is always available to help me with my car and home insurance questions. One time I had an accident on The Florida Turnpike. I was in a perilous situation and very frightened. I called Rosemary from the scene as I wasn't able to find my insurance ID card. She immediately responded was able to send the proof of insurance to my cell phone so I could present it to the police on the scene. She also made a 3-way call to my insurance company so I could report the accident and get towing on the scene immediately. Having Rosemary respond immediately to my SOS call made me feel calmer in such a frightening situation.Recently, regarding my home insurance, Rosemary offered advise to remove a large tree that could damage my roof in the event of a storm, or it could have been to enough for the insurance company to non-renew my coverage. I commend Rosemary for her foresight in protecting my home and that she cared enough to contact me regarding the large tree.Thank you Rosemary for the many years I have been entrusting you with my home, flood and car insurance. I am so grateful that you are my trusted agent.
