“My husband and I wanted a unique focal point around our pool area and viewed several nice options on www.safarithatch.com . We selected a 9 foot african reed thatch umbrella kit. We worked via phone and email with the Global Sales Manager, Todd who was very helpful and responsive answering our questions and sending quotes for several sizes and options initially for this type of umbrella. Todd knew that we wished to get everything shipped and at our property in Naples on a specific Friday so we had some time to install over the weekend. He went the extra mile to make sure that occurred. Assembly of this umbrella was enjoyable and pretty straight forward for us and I would say for most people who enjoy projects. All together, including placing and cementing the pole the first day the total project took us about three or four hours. This newly installed project is being enjoyed daily by us. “The parking lot can be a little tight. It's just a little too door warehouse but it does have a fenced in parking lot. Big trucks need to enter off of 106th Street. They backed me into a dock an hour and 15 minutes before my appointment time and I was out of there in an hour. Nice clean facility, professional efficient staff, and everyone spoke good English.... I'd be happy to haul in there again....”
