Beautiful store, with lovely jewelry, handbags, shoes and wonderful gift options. Everything they sell is not only beautiful, it is also great quality! My family and I were sad to see the Miami store close, but we feel well taken care of by this location... Karen is our "go to" person! Karen is sweet, knowledgeable and very helpful! Brighton has stellar customer service and product!

Beautiful store , the ladies that work there seem nice with the exception of one that was was chasing my husband and I around the store like if we were thieves . Came with wanting to buy left with a horrible taste in my mouth from her ways of being on top of us . Horrible experience

Ageist maybe?? I am a female in my twenties, and this would be my 2nd time going to Brighton for a gift. Neither time was I greeted or even spoken to while being in the store instead they glossed over me and proceeded to an older gentleman who walked in after me, I stood around waiting for assistance for a solid 10 minutes before someone I finally locked eyes and asked for help, keep in mind there was only 3 other people in this “very small” store. Very rude.

I love visiting this store, they are friendly professional and have exceptional product knowledge. Shopping at the store is an absolute pleasure!!!! If I have to do a return, they gladly except. They’re always very helpful and I enjoy shopping in this store.

What a treat ! The sales lady became my BFF of the moment? I was in a bit of a rush but I had not seen a Brighton store in some time. I love their charm bracelets and have them on a wish list. I found some hoops so reasonably priced that I had to get them (unplanned jewelry purchases are not a thing for me so this says a lot) I was offered water with the Brighton logo (fanceeee) and the packaging of my purchase was beautiful. Thanks to this store for making me feel welcome and special and happy.
