I give this 5 stars to one employee- Trenika (sp?) - I had an issue with the optical department and I was told by them that they couldn’t (or wouldn’t) help me. I had to call corporate and still no help. 1 month later, I met Trenika and within 10 minutes my issue was resolved. Thank you for your great customer service.

Love to shop here ! My favorite club, upset they don't have my Antioqueño Aguardiente anymore. Copa América huge for Colombians and we have to make an extra trip for alchool purchases.

I have picked up many orders at this location and Bobby is the best!!! He took care of me within 5 minutes of being parked at the curbside spot, which is normally unheard of, especially on a Saturday.
Not to mention, he was very nice and made sure I was happy before leaving. Thank you, Bobby!!!

I’m only rating one person out of all of this as I never had an issue with how rude this individual is. She claimed to be one of the managers I was standing in line where she exclaimed dor me to go stand in another line as this line is for 15-20 items only when I stood in the line the cashier in the line was having an issue locating a price for the item in a customer cart. As in front of me another customer had a lot of items to checkout being the 3rd in line all the other self check outs were empty. I went to one when soon as I did. She sent a new employee over to say she said I can’t stand in the line and I am not allowed to pay here. Since 70 percent of the items were scanned I informed the guy if she wants me to go to the other register they must come and Cancel of. What’s already scanned, she sent him back and told him to observed me . When the guy. Was standing over me I asked him what was wrong . He said he don’t know she told him to come and observe me. As though I’m a thief . She came over saying what she didn’t say and what she meant. I put her in her place and told her I am not stealing anything I am merely paying for my items . I asked her does. This have anything to do with prejudgment? She exclaimed and said no we are the same color. I said your Latin and I am a black individual. In your heritage you’re more of the other ethicity than I am. She said look if you have a problem I’m going to scan you and you can leave. I told her I would like to speak to a manager above her since she said she is one. The other person came apologize and about 30 minutes later did the opposite made me stand in the line again and waited . And where the other person got her way. I always thought when you go in a business you’re treated with respect. Not being judged as though you commuted a crime. After shopping in that particular Abj so long I rather go somewhere else until my membership expire where I will not renew it again! Don’t shop who make judgments on the way you look.

Horrible service. Canceled my tire appointment last minute without any heads up, management wanted to blame me for wrong phone number on their system but everything was put it in correctly. Very unsatisfied.

This store would’ve had a decent score for me if it were not for a cashier by the name of Norge. The rudeness is incomprehensible. The way you speak to customers if that’s how you deal with them you don’t even belong at the cashier you belong in stock where you don’t have to speak to anyone or better yet; You should put the garbage out ! customer service is that customer service, I don’t always believe that the customer is right, but I do believe in giving, the upmost Service and be rude. You need to give classes in customer service to your employees they need it immediately! Proof that I was in your establishment

They need to be more organized and not treat the tire center like they are they're own separate entity. I called to check on the status of my vehicle since it went in for a tire repair. The front desk didn't bother transferring me or helping my figure out the number to contact the tire center. Not only that, but BJs need to have a now hiring sign by the tire center because having one worker run the whole tire shop/propane is ridiculous in my opinion. There should be some type of cross training to at least have someone operate the waiting room while the other worker attends to the car and labor. Overall bad experience and was late for my errands because of this. Do not recommend until they hire more staff.

I visited the store on 3/10 and used the self check out line. I was having issues with a plant that did not have a barcode to scan. The employee Carletha came over to assist me. The item that I was purchasing was an orchid, and did not have a barcode to scan. She offered to go and find the product that was on the other side of the store. She did it with a positive attitude. She was very friendly. She was glad to help. She was very polite and I really appreciate that. Should be really be recognized

Terrible customer service. Just stood on line for over 20 minutes to make a return during my lunch hour. Both representatives were helping the same people the entire time. I asked the representative directly in front of me, who was just chatting away with the customer, to please call for some help. He pointed at the manager a few feet away. Then I walked over to the manager and made the same request. The response I got was an eye roll and a shrug. He made no attempt to call anyone. Can't imagine what kind of manager training he had. Shameful

I scheduled a curbside pickup for today and Bobby was a real gem. BJ's is lucky to have this guy. He's efficient, competent, friendly, and selfless. Finally, an employee that cares about the company he works for and not just about himself. So refreshing.

The worst customer service and the employees dont speak English, been a member for so many years...By the time you're done dealing with this place you have nothing but anxiety and disappointment.
