I give this 5 stars to one employee- Trenika (sp?) - I had an issue with the optical department and I was told by them that they couldn’t (or wouldn’t) help me. I had to call corporate and still no help. 1 month later, I met Trenika and within 10 minutes my issue was resolved. Thank you for your great customer service.

I have picked up many orders at this location and Bobby is the best!!! He took care of me within 5 minutes of being parked at the curbside spot, which is normally unheard of, especially on a Saturday. Not to mention, he was very nice and made sure I was happy before leaving. Thank you, Bobby!!!

I scheduled a curbside pickup for today and Bobby was a real gem. BJ's is lucky to have this guy. He's efficient, competent, friendly, and selfless. Finally, an employee that cares about the company he works for and not just about himself. So refreshing.
