I came in to buy headphones and when I looked around for an associate they were all talking in the front. When someone finally noticed and I told them I just wanted headphones from the case one the young guy rudely yelled out to me “So you know what you want?” I said yes and the other guy came to get it for me and the first guy yells out out “She knows what she wants” the guy ringing up the $130 headphones doesn’t even put them in a bag and just hands it to me so I had to ask for a bag. Pretty awful customer service, they need better training, the last time I bought something here the other associates weren’t as rude but I haven’t come back to this location.

The service here is horrible, would not recommend this store to anyone looking for something in particular, I stepped in this store to buy a simple Lego set for my GF, when I checked there online availability they said they had one in stock, once I get to the Lego section it was not there, so my thought is maybe it’s in the back. As I’m looking for employees to help me no one is around or doing projects in there section, when asked for help they detour you to the next associate or say they are not on the floor, when they are clearly on the sales floor with a Best Buy shirt. After asking many associates for help and getting no help I go to the registers to talk to the cashier, I did let him know there service is horrible and employees do not help. He was giving me the usual we don’t have hours or associates on the floor when there are clearly associates on the floor talking to each other avoiding customers. He let me know that there is a new queue system since there are not enough employees which I said ok fine I’ll wait maybe 5 more minutes. After being put on the queue system I was left waiting for 40 minutes, which I then walked away and went to the next Best Buy in Davie, they had a similar situation but the lady in the front was nice enough to ask every employee to help me instead of having me in the same situation as the Best Buy in pines. What has happened to Best Buy?? This is the reason I do not go to Best Buy anymore and most of them are always empty. These kinds of experiences will only keep customers from not coming back and spending there hard earned money in other stores that have better service, focus more on your customers, this is the only reason you guys have a job…….

Cashier Tasha(store pick up) was very unpleasant I waited in no line for 10 minutes for her to walk around the area and then for her to i can help you… Showed her the scan code she asked for my id reached for the ID and withdrew her hand back as to say she didn’t want to touch my id but will touch cash money all day..

Why are the stores closing?? I'll explain.. I went to the Pembroke Pines store. to buy 2 items (rayban meta) these items are locked, I had to put my name on the list and wait for a seller to come and help me... after 35 minutes someone appeared (Nicholas) I didn't take 2 minutes to say what I wanted. He said he would check the stock... after 10 minutes he came back saying that this item was not available... and told me that the best option would be via online... in short, do you think I will go back to the Best Buy store? , I'm going straight to buy online... that way I don't have to leave the house... bask in the Florida sun, and wait almost an hour for nothing... then you complain because the stores are closed... and seriously

Went to Magnolia to equip my media room. Purchased unseen because I trusted the designer/consultant. Unfortunately a woofer wasn't included and I was traveling back to chicago in a day. Both Jay (who located help) and Lance (who arranged installation) stepped up to sell me a woofer over the phone then made arrangements to install the next day. Amazing effort. I judge a business not only on how well they perform but how they respond to problems. Well Done Best Buy Magnolia

I bought two phones plus some accessories for me and my daughter although I didn't get a chance to connect them yet with my carrier but I was happy with my team member.
