Placed order online to pick up at the store. Everything went through. Got a notification to pick up. Went to store. There's a sign that says "temporarily closed" at 5 PM. Waited a couple days and called the store today. Someone answered said they would be there till 9pm. I arrived at 4pm to pick up my order. And again, a sign saying "temporarily closed". No instructions on how to get your order or anything. Customer service at its worst!! So disappointed

Visited the store for the recent candle sale. When I entered the store, I was greeted with a “Welcome” from a few the staff members. I proceeded to shop around looking for the candles I wanted to purchase on my own. After being greeted, no staff member ever approached me to ask if I needed assistance or tell me about the promotions that were being offered that day. This is my second time entering this store and I actually buying a few items. The first time I entered this same store a few years back, no one greeted me when I walked in. All customers should be treated the same. I will never frequent this particular Bath and Body Works again.

I had issues with my PayPal and I thought my transaction went through and when I went to pick up my lotion from bath & body works . I was devastated because Miguel checked and it didn’t go through. Thank you Miguel for your phenomenal customer service I appreciate you for taking the time to help me. Crazy part was I accepted that I missed out and Miguel still gave it to me for the price that I originally paid for. Thank you again Miguel.

Sales staff was very helpful, and merchandise displayed well. It was easy to find what I was looking for, and the check out process was very organized and quick on a busy sale day.
