Barnes & Noble is a favorite store for books, board games, and unique gifts. It is a good bookstore that is a bit bigger than some other locations, offering a wide selection of books, Legos, puzzles, games, plush items, and records. The store has expanded to include many things, which can feel almost overwhelming. It features a children's section, a music and audio book section, and a Starbucks cafe inside, which is super convenient. There are also bargain areas with pretty legit deals. The store is beautiful and has soft chairs, making it a loved place to browse, work, or grab a coffee and a muffin. Customer service and associates are usually good, super helpful, and friendly. People are kind. However, the store can sometimes be a bit of a mess or feel disorganized, with signs not matching shelves, especially during a remodel. A downside is the lack of plugs for those wanting to work. Some customers have noted early morning vacuuming can be disruptive. While a section for puzzles and board games was removed, which is a shame, the store remains a great spot to browse and spend money instead of shopping online. Parking is easy to find.
