This bank is HORRIBLE!!!!! Been here 10 years and regret EVER bringing my money here!Ladies in drive thru are nice but the management is TERRIBLE!!!!!I will take my money elsewhere…. Terrible attitude towards clients! (Female manager is very rude and does not seem nice to her employees)

I have been banking here a while. I have never had any issues. The inside is very small. Their employees are courteous and helpful. I like their online banking website. It is easy for me to use. I have not downloaded their app yet. I still go to the branch sometimes and do not have to wait long which is nice. The only real negative thing about this bank.is they do not have many locations. There is one pretty close to.my house but I do not even know of another location if I needed it. I do wish they were open later. They close at 4. I would recommend this bank because they also have ample parking.

Bank United is a great bank, it's sucks that this and one other branch make the whole company look bad. They have no customer service skills what so ever (the branch manager yelled at me and then hung up the phone on me). So happy I'll be moving on from this branch!

This location does not seem to have a lot of foot traffic. It is not like chase that is always full and you have to wait in line. The only downside here is that they don't seem to have the same urgency as the other major banks. They work slow, which is a good thing they don't have that many customers inside.
