I recently visited the Bank of America branch in Pembroke Pines and was profoundly disappointed with the management and service. Despite the branch often appearing empty, the staff seems perpetually unable to provide timely assistance. It’s baffling that an establishment of such repute consistently operates with what appears to be inadequate staffing. This not only hampers efficient service but also reflects poorly on the bank’s commitment to customer satisfaction. I hope to see significant improvements in the future for a better banking experience.

The worst service for making deposits or cashing checks, only 1 ATM that takes forever per customer!!! You lose your life in that bank waiting and they don't enable another box

Today I was at this branch and I was greeted and helped by Waldina Nina Moreno at the door. She was more than helpful, corteous and kind. She helped me out for what I needed. I can say I was blown away by what she did for me. On top of that while waiting she helped 2 other clients with a need and she was patient and kind with them as well. Id say thank you Nina for kindly helping me and seeing such great service.

I went to this location today to follow up on a recurring charge that has not been resolved since April 2023. I was asked by last months rep, Sonya ( who was excellent), to come back if the charge reoccurred, which it did. Sonya was not there so I spoke to the branch manager, Maria Gomez, who was not only very nasty but condescending after I tried to explain the situation and told her I had already spoken to 7 other BOA reps who were trying to fix the problem and suggested the same thing she was saying. Instead of listening to what the problem was she said that I needed to GO AND BRING MY COMPUTER b/c there is NOTHING SHE CAN DO." Is this a new policy or something? I'm no tech but I do hold 4 degrees in science and communicate effectively and appropriately with thousands of my patients per year...THIS WOMAN IS NASTY AND HAS NO COSTOMER SERVICE. She made it crystal clear she was NOT going to look at my account to see what was wrong. I was ABSOLUTELY SCHOCKED" and immediately asked for someone else and that's when she decided to informed me that she had been working there for 17 years and said "they have to come through me." Then I saw Pietro (the BOA rep who Sonya trained last month on my account) and proceeded to ask him if he recognized me from last month and he said yes. Ms. Gomez cut him off rude and abruptly and told him that he had a client to attend to and motioned him NOT TO TALK TO ME. I informed her that the online reps needed to have a better understanding of what transpired, then she cut me off AND WALKED AWAY. So I'm literally standing in the middle of the bank by myself because Pietro was asked to go help someone else and Ms. Gomez actually walked away. I'M FLOORED!.. I told her I would be going to another branch who knew their job. I then went to BOA on 16350 and Pines who were completely opposite and apologized for her nonsense. They, along with BOA online fixed the problem... and NO I did not need to go home and bring my computer. So I went back to Ms. Gomez's branch and when she saw me she immediately turned around and told Pietro to come and "see what I needed" b/c she was busy. I told her I only needed her name to make one big damn COMPLAINT and left. She is ABSOLUTELY DESPICABLE. PLEASE FIRE HER... PLEASE!

I had only wonderful experiences with this BoA location. Everyone is incredibly helpful and enthusiastic towards my banking needs. Every staff member is professional and make it sure I leave with a solution. Every time!

When I walked in I wasn't greeted. Two other customers were in line in front of me. Two tellers at the window. As soon as the customer was done, only one in front of me. The one teller by the name of Pietro decided to walk away leaving only one teller and decided to walk up to the front of the bank. As I watched was only interested in doing nothing. I continued to watch and leaving the only teller to deal with all customers in line as it continues to grow with very little care as the Manager stands watching. BOA is not what it use to be. I'm going to soon leave BOA for a better service bank. By the way that one teller was a very good experience. She knew how upset I was about the issue. This is the sole reason why I gave four stars.

This bank is a joke! I have gone in twice to make adjustments to my accounts and both times they were messed up. Today I went in with specific directions of what I needed to do for an estate account. I was told there was no need to open an estate account. Now BOA won't transfer funds and I have to go back in--during times of Covid-- and set up the account I originally said I wanted to set up. No one answers the phone so you have to go in person to set up an appointment to come back another day. Will soon be closing all my accounts with them as they have hurt me financially! My advice: go to a different bank all together!

Terrible, terrible service. NEVER enough tellers no matter what day of the week it is. They even see customers standing and do NOTHING while other BOA employees mill around looking busy.
