I come to request a new debit card and to change the address where they will send my Debit Card since I could not change it online. Miss Evelyn, although very kind, tried to help me activate the virtual card service with my phone, notifying me that I had to wait 2 hours or request an appointment for a week or two. I don't understand why wait 2 weeks. It's not like there are so many customers sitting around waiting either!

WOW! All I can say is WOW! As soon as I walk in the manager Evelyn greeted me and told me it would be a 30 minute wait which I understood since I did not have an appointment well guess what after only 15 minutes go by Gabriel Gonzalez took care of me and let me tell you he was an exceptional advisor he was so diligent and made me feel at ease with the whole process of opening up my mother’s bank account. I will be back soon and even open up my own bank account highly recommend thank you!!

Tellers are incredibly slow, when I to TD Banks they are so fast but here you can wait 30 min for a teller.Horrible!!!

When they opened a bank account for my daughter, they entered the wrong date of birth, resulting in unnecessary monthly fees.

If you come here ask for Terrell Cowvins, we came looking for a second opinion on a basic subject after having a bad experience on the Bank of America in Sterling.He took his time to take care of my family and explained everything, we feel really satisfied with the way he treated us.

Worst Bank of America workers are slow. One and half hour for walk in barely anyone clients idk why so long. I’m gonna switch banks !

This bank is great! Even open on Saturday to take care of all your needs. Evylin, Yuki, Tracy and the rest of the team are so pleasant to work with. I'm grateful to have them as my banking team :)

I am very dissatisfied with this bank. The manager was rude and kept me waiting for an extremely long time to open an account. I went to another bank instead and opened an account easily and effortlessly. Then later I went back and did open an account. The employee misinformed or lied about their card and this has caused me inconvenience. I am filing a complaint. This is a decent bank, but the branch here is unprofessional and a disappointment.

Worst customer service ever.I spoke to the Evelyn on the front.It’s nobody in the bank, empty waiting area, 3 bankers and her and she asked me to wait for 1 hour 30 minutes to print a voided check. She just did it everything for me to live.

I was there this afternoon and initially I was going to rate the location a 1 because Eileen was very rude and unprofessional. However I then proceeded to speak with Evelyn, she is wonderful. Her professionalism and kindness was exceptional. I would rate her a 100 if I could and then Evan was just as wonderful. He resolved my issue immediately! I also give him a 100. Eileen could learn a lot from them two!.
