I had an appointment at 11:30 AM and arrived early at 11:27 AM, only to be told by the front desk that there would be about a 40-minute wait due to a shortage of financial advisors. While I was frustrated, I agreed to wait. However, that 40 minutes turned into TWO HOURS!
After waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes, I approached the check-in desk to express my frustration, only to be told that they understood but had other clients to assist. Then, to make matters worse, I was asked if I wanted to reschedule, which was unacceptable since I had already been waiting 90 minutes at that point.
All I needed was a simple name change on my account, yet I wasn’t seen until 1:30 PM. Something this straightforward should not require such a long wait. While Blas was professional and helpful, by that time, the experience was already ruined. His friendly demeanor couldn’t make up for the unacceptable delays and poor staffing.
Bank of America, you need to do better. One major way to improve would be to have an advisor or staff member available for quick, simple requests like name changes or printing multiple bank statements. While I was there, a gentleman simply wanted three bank statements, but the front desk told him they could only print one—and if he needed more, he’d have to wait for an advisor. Seriously? That’s completely unreasonable. He ended up just accepting the single statement rather than waiting, but this is exactly the type of inefficiency that frustrates customers.
Customers shouldn’t have to wait two hours for minor requests. Please reconsider your staffing and processes, this level of service is unacceptable.

The bank teller Sonilis (10050 Pines Blvd, Pembroke Pines Fl ) was very unprofessional and very unhelpful. She was very rude and seemed annoyed by every little thing I asked. I barely use Bank of America for my banking but because of SONILIS, Bank of America on 10050 Pines Blvd, Pembroke Pines Fl, will lose a client.

SUPERRRRRR SLOW. Walked in to make a simple deposit and there was only ONE teller and 2 other associates chit chatting in and office. The line was long which was expected on a Friday afternoon; they need to be more efficient by having tellers to assist clients during a busy time.

On May 1st visited this branch to get my name updated on my account due to getting married. It wasn’t a pleasant experience for me when interacting with Walna. I set an appointment for the next day due to 45 min. to an hour wait. Changed my name at the other branch but couldn’t do my other account that I share with my son. Visited the branch again and the experience I had in front of my son with Ryan Bammel was absolutely disgusting. I had already changed my name and had all coinciding documents that he sent me an email to bring including my son being present and was made to feel like I was doing fraud. Took my documents and said he needs another set of eyes on a court stamped seal marriage certificate, passport, and my drivers licenses. I have called the bank server Al times to speak with the branch manager and have not been able to get an answer. The place and the two that I dealt with was disgusting. The bank have lots of cameras and can see the experience I had pulling out credit cards and everything trying to stop the bleeding that I was experiencing. The sad part one of the story is Ryan is a relationship business owner…I lowercase the title because of the disrespect he showed me in front of my son. I will be heard to ensure not another person experiences this and to show my so. How to stand up to bullies. Also, he was trying to insinuate to my son there are certain things that he has to do to ensure his account is protected as if the person that takes care of him and provide everything for him will take from him…my heart is broken and I am beyond hurt.I would have given them a negative 0 but I don’t have an option. I see why they have a 2 on their reviews!!!

Service terrible. They don't answer the phone so they waste your time going there looking for a notary that is never there. Don't waste your time .

Appointment times are not respected, bankers are petty and rude to their own coworkers making the environment horrible. Further, they are unknowledgeable about how the Florida Courts work in regards to name changes after marriage decrees. Lastly, Mr. Bammel acted like he was doing me a favor for helping me with my issue and said things like “is not like I could press a button and undo it” when I was just asking questions about matters that I didn’t know about since I’m not a banker. Horrible experience. Don’t go here, if you need help is better to call BofA.

I waited 20 plus minutes to do a simple deposit. The ATM outside was not working. The drive thru was closed and there was only 1 teller. There were 5 assocites on the cubicles not helping any customers. When I entered the branch there were only 2 people on front. When I start asking why the long wait there were over 7 people waiting. Also there was not Branch manager in the store. Terrible waiting time.

If I hate this bank before now even more, 15$ extra charge to print a cashier check and beside that Mrs. Magaly Hernández treating people like garbage: “There’s a 15$ dollars charge, do you need your check or no”. Rude costumer service, using people money and treating costumers like nothing. Please!
