I went in to open a checking account but I had a few questions so I wanted to talk to a banker. The front desk lady was so kind and helpful and Vanessa took such wonderful care of me. The wait was quick and the staff was so knowledgeable and helpful and after a short talk with Vanessa I was all set up. Thanks Bank of America and Vanessa!

It's a bank. What can I say. The reason why this bank gets a bad rap is because they are swamped on a Friday. There on the weekdays they only have a few tellers. I wish this was a Merrill Edge location because I would have given them one more star.

OVER 15,000 WAS STOLEN FROM BANK ACCOUNT ! I DONT KNOW HOW BANK OF AMERICA LET THIS TRANSACTION GO THROUGH !!! WHEN I GET TO THE BANK I TELL THE PERSON WHAT I NEED HELP WITH AND THEY TELL ME TO WAIT IN LINE. I WAIT IN LINE FOR 20 MINUTES AND GET TO THE FRONT. I TELL THE TELLER WHAT HAPPENED, SHE LAUGHS WITH HER CO WORKER AND TELLS ME THEY ARE CLOSING IN AN HOUR AND CANT HELP ME !!! IM CLOSING MY ACCOUNT AND REPORTING THIS BANK !!! They MUST BE INVOLVED WITH FRAUD HERE !!! HOW DARE THEY TREAT ME THIS WAY ! The office of FINANCIAL REGULATION needs to close this DOWN !!! THEY FAILED TO ADHERE TO THEIR FINANCIAL OBLIGATION BY ALLOWING AN UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTION TO GO THROUGH AND THE BRANCH DENIED ME SERVICE !!!

The manager was super rude about a check that I came to cash. She said that I had forged the check. I told her to call the client to confirm. She said I can't help you. It was a Spanish curly haired lady with glasses super rude wouldn't recommend Bank of America for nothing in my life. If I can give you zero stars, I would everybody in that bank is super rude.

I went into Bank of America today and Danillo took care of me and I was just so impressed with him. I had a list of checks I needed and he took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. I really appreciated him keeping all my information secure and felt valued as a customer, even though there were other customers waiting.He even said to tell my mother, hello, because he remembered her from my previous visits. I cannot thank you enough for excellent service like this.He made me feel like family and I so thank you for having wonderful employees of this caliber.For anyone looking for a good Bank, I Highly recommend Bank of America for your banking needs!

male agent told my 81 year old mom, after seeing she was depositing her rent check to her landlords account to "stop renting you're wasting money, why don't you buy a place?" He was going on and on about it, many sentences. I mean, really? Is a banker supposed to comment on your banking habits? What next, they will say, "wow , your balance is so high, can I have a loan?" or "how did you get so rich?"

No empathy or support from inside the bank. The atm said no cash dispense available! Then after a min snatches my atm card and does not return it! I have a Bank of America card but this transaction is another bank international!! They put me through runaround customer service on the phone. I get a girl and she puts me on hold and disappears!!! Do you understand people need their money!!! Who is responsible for the maintenance of the atm!!! Get me my card omg !

They make you stand in a long line just to tell You they have no bank tellers. They are rude about it as well. How does a bank have NO BANK TELLERS. Mind you there are people there... they just don't want to do any work so the bank greeter will say there are no bank tellers as he's talking to the bank tellers behind the glass. This is basically just an atm location DONT USE THIS LOCATION IF YOU NEED A BANK TELLER
