Came in with questions about opening a business account, Stefano was so kind and patient in explaining everything regarding that. He advised a few things, and i'm looking forward to returning whenever I have everything in place.

It's a bank. What can I say. The reason why this bank gets a bad rap is because they are swamped on a Friday. There on the weekdays they only have a few tellers. I wish this was a Merrill Edge location because I would have given them one more star.

The manager was super rude about a check that I came to cash. She said that I had forged the check. I told her to call the client to confirm. She said I can't help you. It was a Spanish curly haired lady with glasses super rude wouldn't recommend Bank of America for nothing in my life. If I can give you zero stars, I would everybody in that bank is super rude.

They make you stand in a long line just to tell You they have no bank tellers. They are rude about it as well. How does a bank have NO BANK TELLERS. Mind you there are people there... they just don't want to do any work so the bank greeter will say there are no bank tellers as he's talking to the bank tellers behind the glass. This is basically just an atm location DONT USE THIS LOCATION IF YOU NEED A BANK TELLER

I am writing this review in response to a very unprofessional incident involving my 81-year old mother which occurred on October 24, 2019 at the Bank of America ("BOA") branch located at 80 S. Flamingo Blvd in Pembroke Pines. My mother went to the branch to cash a BOA check. The teller who processed the transaction failed to return my mother's drivers license and BOA credit card which she had provided to the teller for identification purposes to complete the transaction. The teller handed my mother the cash in an envelope which my mother assumed also contained the two forms of identification that she had provided. When she arrived home she noticed that her identification was not in the envelope with the cash. She promptly attempted to call the BOA branch and after many transfers, reached a call center representative who indicated that her IDs were not at the branch and told her that she had misplaced them. Since my mother does not drive and relies on public transportation, she was unable to return to the branch until the next day. When my mother returned to the branch the following day, the BOA greeter advised that if the IDs were left at the branch that they would have been stored in a secure, locked safe. At my mother's request, the greeter checked the aforementioned locked safe and told her that her IDs were not there and did not offer any additional assistance. As she was standing there, my mother noticed the teller that had processed her transaction the previous day. My mother approached the teller and explained the situation. Upon which, the teller stated that the IDs were located at her station and appeared to be in plain sight. Had my mother not approached the teller herself, she would not have found her IDs. My concern with this incident is that my mother's personal information, highly sensitive personally identifying information was left in plain sight presumambly breaching the protocol that had been explained to my mother by the BOA greeter. No apologies or admitting of fault by the bank! So much for customer service. DISGUSTING and UNPROFESSIONAL!

It's bad enough that Bank of America has no drive-thrus to where you have to go inside of the branch to make a deposit and wait in a long line of people with only two or three tellers at all times. Today upon going to deposit business checks into vendors accounts I had to deal with the sour face of Gabby at the window. I've never seen somebody so disrespectful to clients as this unhappy woman is. She speaks to clients so disrespectfully. I was extremely irritated to see how she was speaking to the elderly man before me. When I walked up to the window I said loudly three times good morning to her, which she chose to blatently and rudely ignore. She then decided to discipline the client at the window next to her because he was unaware that the teller was new and could not do any transaction besides deposits. This nasty woman SHOULD NOT be in customer service whatsoever!! THANK GOD my company d my family does not bank with bank of America. Some of the nastiest unhappiest people work at these banks!! As I write this review I am at MY bank - WELLS FARGO where they greet you with a smile and actually say good morning to you. Tried to contact Nadine small regarding her lousy employees bad attitude, no shocker she does not pick up her phone so-called 8 times! Lousy LOUSY bank!!

Disgusted with this place. Attempted to do a HELOC, have 820+ credit scores, very little debt, well beyond six-figure income, extremely well versed in loans with several done in the past, and asking for a modest line of 70k credit (under 60% LTV) and was denied due to a technicality with the condo association I'm in. They drug me along for 2 months with miss-communication, lies about rates and amounts, forced me to spend money to secure components in anticipation of the loan and in the end denied em for something this office should have been fully aware. There are 13,000 condo units 2 miles from this office, and for this staff to not be aware of this technicality can only mean they were pushing me through as "a number" to benefit themselves and that office. BOA should be embarrassed and ashamed for what they put me through. I've been a customer at this branch/bank for almost 20 years. Now reevaluating... Disgusting.

This bank is terrible . The people they put in the front as representatives to represent the bank are not very friendly or accommodating. They barely have spots to make appointments and when you do walk in there is like an hour wait . They obviously need more workers . they don't treat you very friendly and act like you owe them something like excuse me is customers like me who pay your bills get it together and hire people .

This institution is the worst! Withdrew all my accounts & opened elsewhere where I am noted as a valuable customer. Waiting in the drive thru line for someone else & I sit here now almost 15 min while ONE teller deals with a line of cars backed up around the building!! Do yourself a favor and bank elsewhere!
