Do not come here the staff is definitely racist the only time you can expect decent customer service is if you're hispanic. Several times that I've been here the wait would astronomical not because they're busy or they're unorganized they will literally let you sit there for NO REASON because they prioritize every hispanic or latino before you. This is my last visit again I was treated second class literally informing them that after doing a two hour wait for just an oil change that I was running late to work. I guess they saw my frustrations and my advisor sat down and made wait an extra half hour to just chat with someone that didn't need any help all that was missing was for her to give the receipt to the cashier to have me pay. But i guess since i was a darker color she had to teach me a lesson on patience thank you!

This is your WARNING! Do NOT take your vehicle here to get serviced. They will damage your car further and not take responsibility for it!Here is my story. I took my vehicle to get my sunroof repaired. The process went okay enough, and normal, UNTILL I got my car back and noticed that the inside of my dashboard was scratched everywhere and damaged to the point where the foam was exposed (see the pictures attached). After this I walked right back into the service department (I didn’t even leave the parking lot, and the car valet person who gives you your keys and walks you to your car was with me). When I walked back into the service department I talked directly to the service director, Christopher Vasquez, who told me that it was their fault, they take responsibility, and he is known for “making things right”. I had been in direct communication with him for days to a few weeks, coordinating taking my vehicle back and repairing the dashboard, as well as promised to give me a refund of the repairs I paid for the sunroof repair. Since even that was not fixed all the way, when I came to bring my car in for the repair of the dashboard that AUTONATION NISSAN PEMBROOKE PINES service members damaged, they told me that Chris wasn’t in that day, and no one know what I was talking about or what was going on. So I spent 2 hours at a dealership with nothing done and returned home, despite calling the previous day to check and validate that everything was in order. I was then getting helped by the service loaner/rental car manager Rob Hassan. I was told by him the next day that Chris Vasquez, the “service director who promised to make everything right” no longer works there…… and then I was told by the general manager “Anderson” that since there was “nothing in writing” that there was nothing they could do for me. And they denied ever being on the inside of my car….. DESPITE the fact that my front car seats were pushed ALL THE WAY back after I requested for them to not be moved, and also things moved around in my back seat.I am thinking that whichever service person repaired my sunroof, they were inside my car in the front seat(s) and might have had a tool in their back pocket and scratched my dashboard,I am a 26 year old female who just moved to FL out of state, is in graduate school with a busy life, and unfortunately got really scammed by this company. I even had a case with corporate Nissan, and since this is a “privately owned Nissan branch” corporate Nissan can’t do anything for me since this company is claiming to not take any responsibility.DO NOT take your car here, and DO NOT trust them to take gentle care of your car during a service repair!

Do not trust this company with your car. My sister's car was brought in to have her sun roof fixed and in the process, AutoNation Nissan Pembroke Pines damaged her dash and steering wheel. The old manager Chris Vasquez promised that they would make things right and fix the damage that they caused. However, we were notified that management had changed and chris was no longer working for the company. The new manager who goes by "Anderson" said that since nothing was put in formal writing about fixing the damage, they were not going to take liability for their actions. We tried to give the company a chance to make things right but they are not going to right their wrong.

I took my titan to get the brakes done but was not happy completely with the service. As a former employee of auto nation and after buying two nissan titans from auto nation , i was very disappointed with the service. i was notified prior to work being done on my truck how much the repairs would be. Upon picking up my truck inwhich i had to look for my truck because i was just handed the keys and basically told 'go look for your vehicle ' i was charged $42.00 shop fees, lol. oh! wow! shop fees on changing front pads.A representative called me around 9/12 to see if I was completely satisfied which my response was 'no' and she stated someone will call you. And to this day no one has returned a call. This is not the auto nation that I once worked for. Very disappointed!!

I just recently went to this location, the advisor I ha was very honest and knowledgeable. He came back several times to let me know how long it would take. I need to get his name thou, but he has earrings in his ear. Very approachable, honestly he is the reason I will return back to this location .

I was told to diagnose my car would be $169 I end up paying $600 to diagnose my car I think that’s ridiculous. I called numerous times no one answers my phone calls I have to ask for a supervisor I was dealing with this guy name Jose I practically had to beg him to answer my text messages and phones The communication was horrible I would never recommend this place to anyone and to be honest I actually Thought this establishment would be different. I read the documentation that they have you sign in the beginning when you drop off your car nothing says if your car is not diagnosed on the first day that they will charge you $169 per hour to diagnose your car false advertisement if you are a woman going on your own I would suggest you stay away

My car was totaled and I had been looking for a vehicle for over two months. Lloyd was excellent!! He was able to find me what I was looking for within my price range. Jo was also awesome with paperwork and warranties. Thank you guys for making this nightmare come to an end. I was in and out in about 2 hours. I highly recommend this team and dealership.

75k mile service. Dropped vehicle off ready same day. Prices were high, service good. The labor to change air filters is ridiculously high, could have purchased and installed air filters, etc at a much more reasonable price. Lesson learned. Other than that all is good. The mark up for service is double.
