Run. RUN from this scam of a chop shop! Below is what we sent in to Chrysler's internal feedback system. This dealership's maintenance team tried to take advantage of my wife and scam additional, not-needed, services.When I arrived for my appointment, the service advisor was being yelled at by another customer. Hindsight... Should have been a warning to stay away! I was checked in 45 minutes AFTER my appointment time. Timeliness is not important to this place.Dealership sabotaged my electrical system. Van magically wouldn't start when I tried to pick up the vehicle. The advisor made many attempts to legitimize his scam."Good thing this happened when the car was here so it didn't need to be towed"."Door was probably left opened""Probably happened because from Texas" this one still confuses me. We have Texas plates, but recently moved from NC. We are military and will not have local documentation.The van is driven multiple hours a day. There have been zero issues with the vehicle coming in and was brought only for its routine maintenance. When I picked up the vehicle, none of the electrical worked. The advisor & mechanics were quick to diagnose the issue and provide a bill... Too quick. This was an obvious attempt to extort money for services that were not needed. My spouse was on the phone with me, on speaker, and asked what kind of scam shop they were running!When it was apparent he was coming back to the dealership, the dealership quickly fixed the issue and mumbled some nonsense that the battery will need to be replaced soon. Honestly, I wonder if the batteries in my van are the ones I came in with.A week later, my van is still running fine. I will never be back to this scam dealership.

Very upset with the service staff, I have been calling since yesterday at 10:00 am to the service department, they put someone on hold and they never answer again. It seems disrespectful to me and today I have made about 10 calls and it is the same situation and I still don't know anything what's happening with my truck

Ugh. I came here truly believing it was the end of the line for my beloved SUV. But like a Phoenix....she rose from the ashes!Anyway, I had rented a Charger the month before for several days. I loved the way it drove. It was intoxicating. To me, it is masculine looking. But it was a contender when I thought I was getting a new ride.I came here for a test drive. I forgot the guy's name who I took the test drive with. He was very nice and not pushy. I asked for a quote just to see what they had to say. It was too high so I asked what the manager could.do.Bottom line....they were charging a lot more than for a new Lexus. Unsure what they are thinking....the only reason they get two stars is for the very normal and down to earth salesperson I dealt with. Otherwise it would be a 1 or less if I could.

We have purchased 2 cars at this dealer and the experience has been great both times. Good customer service, great product quality, excellent management. 100% recommend! Keep on the good work.

This place offers the worst customer service they talk lies a lot of waiting time and I have already had 5 Dodge brand vehicles at a dealer in NYC first time at this dealer and I am sure it is the last very bad customer service and prices on their website If you are careless and don't have experience you end up paying more for the same vehicle.. ***They still owe me some rugs. I have never received a call to pick them up and when I call them they never have them available. They play with your time until you end up getting tired and forgetting about them.

I will start by saying that this is the WORST place to have your vehicle serviced. if possible I would rate Zero stars. I've been a loyal Jeep customer for 20+ years & have never had an experience like the one I'm currently going through with Autonation Pembroke Pines.my complaints are too many to mention & frankly they don't care about negative reviews .. they had my jeep for 2 months; communication was poor. No call backs, no answers, phone calls mysteriously disconnects etc.I went through 2 service advisors & the service manager said he would upgrade me to "Pink Status" because of all my issues - what does that even mean??? when I finally picked up my Jeep my bumper was dented & the back seat was covered in pet hair!!! The service manager said he would check the photos & get back to me. 1 month later I'm STILL waiting.During my 2 months without my vehicle, I drove thru the service lot several times to check on any progress. The doors were never locked & the cars were parked by a Tetris champ - no room to move, explains dented bumper.I've left messages with everyone, including the General Manager, Frank, and have had zero call backs.

We've dropped a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee for coolant leak, it was determined that water pump was leaking, 2 weeks to replace a water pump. Picked up car on Monday Oct 2 only to find out coolant was still leaking, took the car back Oct 3 today is Oct 9 and received the text "" Hello Ryan, I'm Stephanie from AutoNation jeep. I spoke to the technician. He told me they found that the radiator is leaking. They already have the quote for the parts and labor so they're gonna proceed to submitted to your warranty so tomorrow you will have an answer about all What day warranty says so we will be calling you back Have a good one..." that was determined when car was returned to shop Oct 3, I personally spoke with Pierre the mechanic on that day I was told we would get a call by end of day to arrange a rental car, never happened. While calling for service advisor the last 5 days we get Aaliyah (service advisor) isn't in today did she get fired? No one else can answer a question without her? The entire service department stops when Aaliyah is not in? Called today again asked for service manager could not get one on the phone.Car has been in shop for 3 weeks now, faulty diagnostics replacing water pump when in fact radiator was leaking. The service department has poor communication and needs improved diagnostics. They've returned the car with a coolant leak due to bad initial diagnosis.

First impressions? The new Express Lane is open for oil changes and minor service. Stephanie and Kristen are nice but cater to the dealership. After showing them the coupons on my phone, they told me the "guesstimate" for a regular oil change would be $140. I asked if I could sit for a moment and find the Mopar coupons. After doing a search, I found a coupon for $100 for 2 "synthetic" oil changes! Do your HW, my friends, and ask courteously to speak to a manager if needed.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE!!! DO NOT!!!3 weeks its been and im still waiting! No one answers the phone if they do they will put you on hold until the call disconnects! Aalyiah by far the worst advisor no communication promised my car would be ready today ITS NOT! GAVIN (the manager) was fired. Finally went to dealership since no one was picking up and all the mechanics are in a meeting!!! meeting?? friday afternoon 4pm? whos giving the meeting if theres no manager?!?! PLACE IS A MESS!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE!!

Horrible never use this dodge dealership…. Sold me a lemon couldn’t fix my truck was in shop 3 months . Also wouldn’t buy truck . Literally had dodge corporation say oh you shouldn’t use that dealership. Service department rep literally would avoid answering phone.

I made an appointment online and dropped my car off on a Saturday. I was told that the person that needed to see my car was off that day and they're closed in Sundays so it wouldn't even be seen until Monday. Then why allow the appointment to be made that day when the technician isn't even in, leaving me without a car for longer?They texted me saying that I could communicate with them through that text chain.By Wednesday, I still hadn't heard anything. I texted in the chat several times, which went unanswered. I called a few times and it just kept ringing. When I finally got through, I was told that they'd call me the next morning with an update.Thursday: never got an update. I called and texted several times and left a voicemail, still nothing.Friday: again called and texted several times with no answer. When someone finally called back, they said that my service advisor was off today so I couldn't get an update. I pushed back and they said they'd see if a supervisor could write the estimate and call me back. They never called back.Saturday: my car has now been there for a week with not even a diagnosis. I called and after being on hold for a long time, my advisor was out on the phone and she said she had the estimate to go over with me. We'll when was she going to call to tell me? After all this, I still didn't get anything until I called asking for it. She quoted me an astronomical price about double what it should cost (I have friends in the industry). I asked if I could get a discount for all of the hassle. She put me on hold and came back and said "actually the cost is a bit higher than I said, but we can take a little off." So being very manipulative to make it look like they were helping me out when they really weren't. I told her I'd think about it and call back.Sunday: they were closedMonday: I texted in the morning saying not to do any work, that I was coming to pick up my car, and that I wanted a copy of the diagnostic report. My advisor said okay. I didn't trust them at this point to work on my car.I walked in and the man asked how he could help me. I said I was here to pick up my car and he just stared at me. Eventually a girl came out and again asked how she could help me. I asked for my car and a diagnostic report. She said she couldn't give me one. How do I have proof that they even actually did anything?At this point, I was waiting a while for them to pull my car up. I asked what was taking so long and they just kept telling me "we're looking for it." I'm sorry, what? Did they misplace my car? There was another lady there who overheard the conversation, and said that she was having a terrible time there too.This is some of the worst customer service I've ever received anywhere. I would give zero stars if that was an option. I will definitely never be back, and I would highly recommend that anyone considering coming here STAY AWAY

Fui de emergencia por las fallas de mi vehículo y a pesar de no tener cita el agente de servicio Yandy me ayudó a que todo saliera más rápido, quizás pudieran contratar más mecánicos para que el trabajo fluya más rápido.Siempre he llevado mis autos aquí y nunca he tenido problemas.
