I would give this place a zero rating . Four hours and 35 minute wait for an oil change and tire rotation. Wanted $300 for replacing one tire sensor. I was quoted $300 for replacing all four sensors at a tire service center. They never told me they were backed up or it would be an extended wait time. I kept asking what was holding it up and they said they were getting right to it. They drag me on and on. No reason to trust service center.

My first service maintenance was terrible for my new car. Waited 4 hours for oil change and balance. Mind you I made a appt at 7am. Manager told me that appt is just to have your car here, not to have it service right away. So what's the point of a appt? His body language told me that he didn't really care what I was saying, that your just a mad customer. Went to check and never came back to tell me what the hold up was. Never came back to his office to avoid me until I left. Wow autonation that how you train your management? I really believe it was because I am a women.

The customer service here is terrible. They interrogate the heck out of their customers. I walked into the wrong area this morning. I guess it was the repair area. The receptionist yelled across the room "who you here to see?." I put my arms up because I wasn't sure who to see. She responded "you come here and don't know who to see?" Then she walked off and I never saw her again . Then a couple customers started yelling at one of the workers about a warranty they said they'd honor but changed their mind. So I sat in front of the tv waiting for someone to help me and overheard the service manager who runs the whole area making fun of some guy they left waiting outside for over an hour. His comment was "I told him I'd be right back. Let's see how long he waits." Then he went into his office and proceeded to do other things. After nearly 45 minutes of being there I asked around for some help. Very rudely a couple employees refused to hear my question but finally I got somebody to answer my question. I asked "where's the sales area?" She responded "we don't do that here and walked away." All in all it was all kinda funny. A lady named yudi lost somebody's paper work and records and was frustrated that they couldn't find it and she kept trying to blame the customer. It was hilarious. Like how do you blame that on somebody lol. Anyways I would avoid this place unless you want some free entertainment lol

This dealership is beautiful with a nice selection of vehicles, and a comfortable waiting area. The staff is very friendly and eager to help and answer questions. Also, for those customers who would like to sell their used vehicles, the process is fairly easy and seamless.

Had my car serviced today this place is a joke had a 9:00am appointment and 1:30pm they still wasn't able to tell me what was wrong with my car it took all day to get a diagnosis I got my car and left I will never give them my business again unprofessionalThey offer no cars only a rental and a shuttle but only if it's 5 miles away

Idk what to rate. I have been coming here for almost 10 years. I have no complaints with the work that has been done. BUT The last 2 times I've been here my car has been tied up over a week. Thank god I have a spare car BUT it is a ford F350 dually. It is a big clunker to drive as an everyday vehicle. I brought my car as it would click when I tried to start it. Not the click click click of a battery but that of a starter going bad. It is now 8 days. I have spoken to the manager of service and was advised that they are testing the starter. I have videos of how it clicks. I need my car. I just am giving up. Too many calls No answers. Just keep my Camaro.I am just gonna let them call me. PLEASE FIX WHATEVER IS WRONG WITH THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I LOVE YOU GUYS.

This place must be the worst service in south Florida.. I've been waiting for my truck to be repaired under warranty for 7 weeks now. They are not unresponsive but have been mean to me about it several occasions as well as short with me as if I did something wrong. They told me a time my truck would be ready two weeks ago but when I arrived they were not finished after a 40 min uber ride they still were not done with the repairs. 6 hours later they told me the parts they installed were defective. They wouldn't even get me an Uber home after waiting there all day. I'm not sure what to do at this point. If anyone has recommendations please let me know.

After 15 years been a customer of this location I highly recommended not to purchase here, service is a joke a least 3 to 7 days for a diagnosis and they don't offer a alternative transportation. Service manager is not a nice individual and be prepared to dont have a transportation for a least a week.The ink good reviews are from friends and family

Omg after reading all these reviews I'm happy it's not just me. First off the customer service is very rude and unprofessional and desensitized ,to customer who just experienced and accident. I drop my car off on the 7th of February wasn't ready until march . The advisor I had was Oscar and Levy in the collision center, very poor communication. I was calling to check on my car more then I we're getting updates. Once my car was finished Oscar told me I have chipped paint and scratches on my car. I immediately became angry and suspicious because I didn't bring my car in that way. I reached out to the manager Gram Haynes still haven't heard any back for him. very disappointed that a car dealership will conduct business this was.
