Angela was EXCELLENT! She was so efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful! I can honestly say that she is the best local agent for any type of insurance that I have ever interacted with. There was an issue that I needed assistance with regarding a change on my policy and it was a time-sensitive issue. If you want to be treated like family, Angela is the woman you need to contact. I was relocating to Florida and needed to change the auto insurance on like 4 cars and she made it happen the best possible way at the best price with ease and grace. From my experience she can be very rude and disrespectful and dishonest. She cost my family money on insurance from her being late or forget to call back. She is very full of excuses. She do have very friendly and professional staff

Horrible experience. Angela P Shepherd has awful communication skills, and she can be rude and disrespectful at times. She can be dishonest. She often doesnt return phone calls or play that shes busy. One time we were on the phone, and she played like she couldnt hear me, but I knew she was ignoring me. Because of her late timing, my family paid out of pocket More insurance money for policies. She made my family pay for an inspection of the house that was not needed.
