Aileen was extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful, courteous and patient. She went through a few options to make sure I got the eyeglasses that were perfect for me and at the best price. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised with how little I paid for 2 pair of designer glasses with the best lenses offered. This was my first purchase from America's
Best, but it won't be my last! And the receptionist with the large black framed glasses was also helpful.

I didn't have an appointment. I called to make one and they hung up on me when I didn't say hello within 1 seconds. I didn't call back because if this is the way you treat customers calling how are you going to treat them when they're in front of you.

(Americas Best at Pines blvd &Palm ave) 1 st time there was good experience with manager and gentleman that took care of me but today when picking up my glasses it took 25 minutes to be taken care of. This girl Isabella must learn to “ listen” when a customer asks a question because her robotic answer to anything is “ One Second”. Total lack of professionalism. After asking her 3 times and being given the one second answer every time. She took care of another person right next to me when he came in, sat and was attended ,then she went to me. I am writing this review so returning customers like me don’t have that bad experience or perhaps management cares about Customer satisfaction and provide employees like this Isabella to care care of customers the proper way, listen and respond accordingly and… over all take care of them in the orden they arrive. Thank you.

Highly recommend this location! As you entered the store you are greeted by friendly welcoming staff! Marlenis went above and beyond in making sure I was happy with my new pair of glasses. Super helpful and friendly! Definitely recommend this store 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

What a well groom gentlemen sweet and very helpful. I had a minor problem with my Ray Bans. I asked the lady behind the desk for assistance. It’s appeared like she did not want to be bothered with my request. Then she told me my I can’t fix your broken run glasses at which time Juan Garcia came to my rescue. Well I can’t say enough about him. He was extremely helpful and tried everything to accommodate me with no excuses or making me feel bad. He worked very hard trying and doing a great job and finding a solution for me. I truly appreciate and believe he should be a manager, he has experienced dealing with people and addressing the issues of customers. Not like the other lady the first assistant me. My hat goes off to JUAN JOB WELL DONE YOU ARE 5 STARS*****

Doctor Thy Mim was very knowledgeable and kind. Front desk, Lourdes and the rest of the team offered what I needed without pushing me out of my budget.
They do offer many upgrades for those that like and can afford them.

This is going to be a long review.
I got started with this company when I lived in Houston.
I had never been there before and when I walked in with an emergency?
I was treated so well.
I am loyal to brands that take care of me as a customer.
That has always been the most important thing to me.
I bought the 3 year package for eye care and at the time, for 99.00?
It was the best money I have invested in myself and my vision care.
I moved to South Florida and located my neighborhood location in Pembroke Pines.
Nadia and everyone here are so lovely.
From my eye exams to my glass purchases, everything is handled professionally and seamlessly.
I just renewed my 3 year eye care plan.
At the same time, for that I got a free pair of glasses and a deep discount on a second pair when I brought in my own frames.
I left there so happy with my interaction with Nadia.
Thank you so much!
I'm excited for my new glasses to come.
