Absolutely, horrible customer service. The doctors are very good, but the stuff doesn’t care about customer service. I walked in today and I told the front desk that I only need a screw because after caring my glasses for one month the screw fell and I need some help. The Lydia, who is sitting by the window next to the entrance, was not helping anyone at the moment. Her customer: mother and the daughter was selecting the frame for their lenses for 20 minutes, and the lady who was sitting at the desk did not have any courtesy to offer me help with a screw even though she heard that I have a minor question. The second lady who was sitting at the other table next to the front desk she was talking to a customer about everything, but glasses or lenses: the children, neighbors, Life in general and both of them didn’t care that there other people waiting in line who was seeking for help. Found it very unprofessional and ignorant. I came to the front desk again and I reminded them that I only need a screw and both ladies who are supposed to help customers are not really helping in the professional matter. Finally, the woman, who was sitting further down from the entrance by the front desk, jumped out and took my glasses, came back in a few minutes and literally thrown my glasses to me that they almost fell on the floor. I was grateful that she put a crew, but I can’t imagine that they showed the most unprofessional attitude that I haven’t seen for a long time in a customer service. I had worked in medical field for over 15 years. I am used to employees go above and beyond; beyond customer’s expectations. This is not a first time I come to this office and observe the same attitude.
I would not recommend this office to nooneanyone.

I’m really happy I came here! From the reception girls, Lorena and Angie, who did their best to give us a fast appointment, everything has been great so far. Sabrina did an awesome job with the visual test and Dr Sanford was really nice and efffetive. Finally, Leonor completed an excellent job to meet our needs at choosing the frames and the adequate type of lenses for our lifestyle.I totally recommend this Advanced Vision Care location

When I placed the order for contact lenses, it tooled about 2 months to get it. They gave me an excused telling me that I should be in contact with my insurance. However, nobody told me to it when I paid for the contact lenses . I found it out after 2 months calling them back many times. It’s very disappointed this situation.

Recent visit of my daughter to Advanced Vision. Amazing that I met the same Dr. Sanford and got a similar negative impression of her that another reviewer named Mike did. She had a stern serious look on her face, I had to ask her if she was the doctor and I had to ask her name. My daughter said she did not greet her while in the appointment. If you are a doctor of any type, you need to show a care and concern for the well being of your patients, and that includes having a bedside manner and showing the patients that they matter.

I see all good reviews about Dr. Price . I can not say my experience was good with Dr. Sanford. I m a new pt at this office - it was my first visit. She entered the room and did not even introduced herself . I said hello to her and she just looked at me. No hello, no how are you , no how can I help you. She did not even pretend or try to be friendly - just "cold" demeanor.A word of advice - when entering the room it is always a good idea to introduce yourself ie: Hello, my name is Dr. Sanford how can I help you ? It's generic, its simple and it shows that you acknowledge the patient is there. Do not prejudge your customer/patient by how they look and please be nice to your coworkers - treat them with respects . It would be understandable if her job was difficult , but her job is not hard so no need to be mean. Perhaps, go to a communication conference to help her communicate better . Maybe after seeing this review she will stop prejudging her customers.The front desk ladies and the young gentleman technician was very nice.

Dr Price is very patient and caring takes his time to make sure everything is done correctly. Everyone in his office is very helpful and nice to work with.
