After a long transaction and a lot of requests I was informed few days before the closing day that PRMG was denying the mortgage. They first requested an extra insurance for the building (which I did for that purpose) and then they requested the 2020 tax return (TODAY IS FEBRUARY 16TH!). this is the 3rd transaction with Carlos and PRMG and I was expecting more attention. he rarely replied to my requests, phone calls or text message and the excuse I got today is that is he getting married soon! happy for him but it shouldn't involve the business. I'm sorry to say that because the first couple transaction were fast and precise but this time was so hard, long and with no result. His supervisor Alex Mendez didn't do anything to try to help me. When I asked the refund for the appraisal he reply that it was not his fault and a third part company had to be paid anyway. he could offer to refund it in full or in part and I would had appreciate the gesture, bye bye PRMG

I had an absolutely WONDERFUL experience with Andrew Acosta at PRMG. He is extremely knowledgeable, efficient and gets the job done! He never makes excuses and always provides solutions. They got us the clear to close in record time- 3 weeks before my contract end date and really made this closing happen. PRMG and Andrew Acosta have earned my respect and business for life and very much deserve this review. It has been my honor to leave this review for you and I will certainly be recommending you in the future. Thank you for getting my husband and I into our forever home.

I'd like to take this opportunity to vehemently encourage anyone interested in buying a house to reach out to PRMG for their mortgage needs. They were efficient, responsive, cost-effective and patient through every step of the way. Antonia out of the Pembroke Pines office really made this a great and easy experience for my family and I. I will highly recommend PRMG to all of my family and friends.

I am buying a house for my first time, and this was a really bad experience. This company was recommended by my realtor so i went with them. everything seemed fine and the initial greet was great. My broker was very helpful and told me what i needed o do to get in the price range i was looking for. When i finally found my home everything took a turn for the worst. I was handed off to someone else and i became confused on who i should talk to if i had questions. Then when i received my disclosures i did not like a lot of the numbers that i saw. One thing the was really off was the interest rate. I have excellent credit and i know i can be a pain in the butt as a customer. But all i ask for in return is honesty. i had brought the interest rate up multiple times to the two people i was working with. i kept getting a run around and no lock. Well i keep track of the rates and know what the averages are, i went with FHA so i know I'm no going to have the lowest rate but for my credit score i know i shouldn't have the highest. I kept getting "we estimate high so if its lower we look like hero's" and i told them that would not work with me because i have an idea of where it should be. So i started shopping around and was finding considerable lower rates. Even major banks had lower rate with the points they were charging. The excuses i got were : We are faster then them. We will give you the best we can. They charge points. I told them multiple times all i am concerned about is my rate that if they tried and locked me in at a high rate, then i will walk. I was assured that this would not happen. I was also told that everyone else was lying to me. So i waited to see what they were going to do. when it came that i was accepted by the underwriters then sent me my rate lock. it was the same as the discloses, this was on a Monday and the market took a plunge the Friday before. I already had another lender lined up just in case this would happen. So i backed out, I will sum up were we are now. They are one signature away from me accepting their loan. Did not listen to a word i have been saying, and the rates that i have been offered. After i said that i will be taking my business else where they now wanted to work with me. I was explained that they are like Walmart and are going to charge you the most unless you can find it cheaper, then price match. Now they have left a really bad taste in my mouth, i was assured that i was going to get their best. So just to let you know they lost me over .3 percent in the rate. and wanted to act like i was being unreasonable. I also got "its not that much money." I don't care if it was a dollar, i want to spend my dollar I don't need them to spend it. and the new lender was charging me $975 compared to $1500. I know most people will just fallow what they are told, and in some twisted way think the brokers do them favors. I also only herd the branch manager one time and he said " Where am i transferring the loan to." That also was a redundant question because the broker that put me on the phone with him had the info. I hope this will help some people not to get suckered out of their money. Just remember that they need you, you don't need them.
