It's challenging to rate this gym with just 4 stars, given how much I enjoy my workouts here. The gym's approach to delivering efficient, high-quality workouts with the help of a trainer is fantastic. The flexibility of not having set class times is a great advantage. The presence of two incredibly charismatic, caring, and knowledgeable trainers, Angel and Khayam, is a key reason why I keep coming back.
However, there have been recent setbacks due to a shortage of trainers during peak hours. This has led to the trainers being overextended, which in turn affects the amount of one-on-one attention clients receive.
Despite this, I still believe this gym offers the best value for your money. If you have the opportunity to work with Angel or Khayam, you're assured an exceptional workout experience.

Four great instructors. I'm 63 years old and want to stay in shape. I like that they add thinking and coordination to each workout. It simple instructions such a boxing combination or do 3 round kicks. Having to pay attention to instructions, counting, moving all at once makes me feel sharper. I jump between boutique gyms to remain motivated. I'll stay with this for a while because I look forward to going each time and it's not boring. My only suggestion would to have a member outing every couple of months so the members can meet one another and then invite their friends to the gym. Perhaps bowling, seeing live music music or going to a sports bar would give it more of a community feel and increase membership.

All the trainers are amazing. I love the flexibility of not having to rush to make a class time, fits seamlessly into my schedule. The interactive training makes it fun! I get a great workout in 30 mins!

Last week reached my 300 workout! Love this place. Trainers are energetic individuals that will keep you motivated and guide you to reach your goals. Stop by to give it a try. I highly recommend this quick 30 minutes routine!

9Round is the one workout I’ve tried that sticks and the trainers at the Pembroke Pines location are amazing to work with!! They’re always hype and will get you through the workout even when you on the brink of exhaustion. If you wanna walk out trembling, Rocky is your man. If you wanna switch it up, Chris will work out your anger issues.

Love the dynamic of 9Round. Not having a specific class time makes it convenient for someone with a sporadic work schedule. The trainers are very motivating and tailor the workouts to what you can handle. Highly recommend!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about the workout experience with 9Round Pembroke pines. Everything about the workout experience is well thought out. You show up anytime they are open and you can come out knowing that you will have a 30 minute full body workout with a personal trainer. For the price point, this can't be beat. What you pay here in a month is sometimes what you pay in one or two sessions with a personal trainer at other gyms. They can accommodate anyone including beginners like me. Though the standard workouts themselves change everyday, the real gems here are the trainers themselves. They were able to customize workouts for me based on my recent surgery in a way that didn't compromise my health but still allowed me to come out feeling stronger and with increased stamina. The trainers take their time teaching you good form and do a fantastic job pushing you to just the right levels. I specifically had fantastic experiences with Rocky, Chris and Angel in addition to the owners Alfredo and Gaby. I really can't recommend 9round in specifically this location any more.

My first time at 9Rounds was amazing. My trainers name was Rocky. He was very knowledgeable, patient and has a great outgoing personality. I felt comfortable and would highly recommend. Quick and efficient workout

I want to emphasize that my dissatisfaction is not with the gym or the workouts but with the service I received when trying to cancel my membership. I attended 9Round for a couple of months until I was unable to go due to my master's thesis and not having the time. I called the gym multiple times, but nobody ever picked up. I left multiple voicemails and was finally contacted by someone from the Weston location to inquire if someone had reached out to me. I informed them that no one had, and he provided me with the gym's email address. After making more phone attempts and a couple of email attempts, I had to go out of my way and waste valuable time to physically visit the gym. There was no manager present, but the employee who was there called them and informed me that they would give me a call.It is not a coincidence that I was FINALLY called after I physically showed up, almost ONE MONTH after my initial attempt to contact them. I must say, I have NEVER experienced this level of unprofessionalism and disrespect. I was met with a million excuses. I was even told that it was my fault for not trying every method of communication. They claimed that they had no record of my calls or voicemails, which is impossible because, as I previously mentioned, someone from the Weston location had called me, addressing my multiple voicemails and providing me with their email. I was only given excuses and treated as if their lack of customer service or communication was somehow my fault. Not to mention, I was still charged for a month I won't use, and nobody took any action to help me, even when I provided proof that I had been trying to contact them for almost a month. They only care about your money, and won't do an effort to help you. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION SYSTEM; DO BETTER.
