Last night was a terrible experience with this worker we went to get a slush with my husband and my sister in law and my husband made a joke and instead of her laughing at the joke she physically touched my husband and she was all in his face saying to my husband to touch her (officially he didn’t). Part of that my sister in law went inside with a coke and that lady said she was stealing it. And another custom said that he needed help with something but he only speaks Spanish and that lady said she didn’t speak Spanish when she did. She was coursing at us and pointing at our face this is unacceptable

The Entire Staff was disrespectful and rude. Led a Disrespectful uneducated brain dead Manager named Princess. I watched theme refuse to service 3 people for lottery and say oh well when the customers walked out and threatened to complain. The lady Princess with the accent told them complain do what u want I’m corporate so nothing will happen. Such Uneducated low class employees at this store. Unprofessional disrespectful and rude aside from refusing service

Was at this location on April 27th, 2024 around 6:45pm. I Wanted to buy something to eat and drink but needed to wash my hands. The store clerk told me I couldn't use the restroom to wash my hands because it was dirty. I walked away with dirty hands but didn't buy the food. Too bad I had paid for gas already. Terrible customer service. Never coming back. Avoid this place if you can!

In the place there is a Latin lady who is a bitch, you can't ask her anything why you talk so ugly I never stop in that place again I recommend not stopping there

Was at the location at 12:45pm on March 5th... Lady at the counter offered no help at all. I was trying to load my cash app card and was met with "nope we don't do it". Ask is it down or something nope go somewhere else not here pointing at the door. A shame because I live close by and won't come back...

Stopped originally at 900 n university dr location none of the slurpee machines were working so we left and came to this one. IM SO GLAD I DID!!! 2 gentlemen at the counter were extremely polite and helpful when I asked for small slurpee cups for my girls. This store is also super clean. I will be going out of my way to come to this location because it's sooooooooo worth it. Please give recognition to these men working today at 2:30pm. They are so welcoming, polite, and charming.

I understand that the pizza is available 24/7 and whenever I go after 12 they tell me that the oven is off, however there is another one 3 minutes away and they do make my pizza there
