I see so many horrible reviews but our experience is a good one. The rep who handled my mother's refill case was fantastic. We've been having trouble refilling some supplies and Joselyn took the time to call and ask us if we needed any additional supplies before placing the order. She made me realize that I forgot to ask for filters for my mom's CPAP machine which was also very much needed. She went out of her way to make sure we had all we needed. I was shocked because you don't find people like that every day. She was so polite and kind on the phone! Very professional as well! A great experience!

Customer service is horrible. Do not help parents out for basic children needs such as milk!

Great customer care service.. When you call many companies are switching to AI menus and it takes a long time to get to a person. I appreciate that a live person picked up my call in less than a minute to personally answer my question about the ensure my dad received. The employee explained that even though it is not the chocolate he prefers and it came in a bottle instead of a pouch, the vanilla meets all the same needs. They made sure to put a note in his account that when chocolate is available then we will get it.

Communication is non-existant! If you get someone on the line, you are put on hold for 3-4 for EVERY SINGLE QUESTION that you ask. Instead of calling me to tell me they were out of the specific thing we ordered via a prescription, they send something else (things that definitely would not work for us). And now its my responsibility to get it back to them.... absolutely ridiculous!

Surfmed got my dad out of the hospital with his oxygen during Christmas when no other companies would do it. They stayed in touch with me about during the whole process so I never felt like we were being neglected. This company did a great job and I am glad they are providing my dad's oxygen. Thank you surfmed!

Called on December 13 because my mom was receiving the wrong flavor of boost drinks ( vanilla). On December the 20th I received vanilla glucose control boost for diabetics , which she is not. And it was also vanilla flavor. When I call customer service they told me that the chocolate and vanilla was on back order when I question why they sent me glucose control they said because the other products were not available. I don't understand why they couldn't call me instead of sending me a product that she. cannot use and billed her ins ance

So unprofessional that I don't know where to start, You ask to speak to a supervisor, and they put you on hold for 15 minutes, and the supervisor is never available. They offer a call back and never call, Shame on the administration.

The worst costumer service and service I have ever experienced! I have got wrong products and they are not willing to help. Every time I am calling I have to tell the story since the beginning, no one knows anything about the claims. Not even a star for them.

They kee delivery the wrong items even after they were told which items were needed. Now there is a overflow of unnecessary items. This company has no clue

Changed product shipped after being asked not to do so due to sensitivity & allergies!! Did not use shipping box so everyone knows what delivered. Thin box & product was received damaged & worse soaking wet. Customer service was horrible first time they changed product & refused return of unopened product so had to purchase locally myself. File was to be noted not to substitute or change product yet they did so again. Poor service. Rude & apparently incompetent customer service representatives. When Florida had flooding wipes came smelling mildewed had to throw out. Customer service said no returns or replacements.

I want to take this moment to express my appreciation for the great and wonderful service and assistance that I received from Ms Ana Moreno that works for Surfmed Medical Supplies. She is very respectful and patient with me. I'm always left with a feeling of care and concern for the patient after I get off the phone with her. I usually don't do or leave reviews but after she helped me with my last order and I feel like she went over and beyond the call of duty to insure I got my medicals supplies Approved through insurance I felt compelled to leave a review. I'm a patient with 8 wounds and at this point receiving my medicals supplies monthly is all that matters to me at this point. So I'm taking this moment to thank her and to inform the bosses or whom it may concern that I thank you'll for having a staff member that cares about your patients. When you need a specific item, one that your doctor has prescribed, they will do their very best to push a cheaper substitute (without communicating the changes- they just send whatever they want) due to the fact that the insurance will only cover 90% of this particular medical supply. I've informed them repeatedly that the substitute doesn't hold up and creates a very stressful hardship on my family. They don't care. Money, money, money
