Made an appointment over a week in advance, dropped off the car and got a call an hour later that the ordered windshield was not correct. Second time dealing with Safelite, second time having similar issue. Very unprofessional. Will take the car to tesla dealer instead.

This was the worst experience I've ever had. After driving an hour each time, we had to return three times, and they still couldn't fix our windshield. It's clear they have no idea what they're doing. This place should be shut down for incompetence.

If we had read the comments we would never have gone to this place... because I could see that they are true. Also, the woman who is at the door, I would say that it is better for them not to have anyone since they pay her a salary so that she is listening to reggaeton and not doing her job and disrespecting the clients. Look for another place, there are surely better ones... And to complete the combo of everything bad, the waiting room smells like something is broken.

I would never recommend this company for anyone.
Once my windshield was replaced I found a bad quality of it (the glue came out of the windshield, the interior ws so dirty)
Made an appointment and came back in one week, showed once again the issue and left my car again
When I came back for my car I saw the bad service again. The interior was cleaned partially and the glu has cut so bad, the car was scratched.
I will never come back to "fix the issue" because don't wanna lose my time again and get another thing I need to fix
These guys for 100% don't know what responsibility is

This is my second time they cancel my appointment without a reason. A day before my schedule they cancel. No one called me why cancel,they just send a text/email notice of cancellation a day before of the appointment.

Installed windshield with a chip and refuse to redo the install. The install was done sloppy and the adhesive that was used can be seen protruding out of the sides. The explanation is that that’s how floating windshields are but my RLine didn’t come from VW this way. I’d recommend that if you can’t do certain types of vehicles, to make that clear to the customers instead of ripping them off

I did my service at this place 2021 and it was really bad experience. 1 month they kept my car for more than a month hanging. At the end they install it but the man was so mad so he broke it again. Another week to wait.
Recently I have been trying to call them to schedule appt and it’s really the worst thing to do. Like if going to visit the president. I have been at the location and I have seen the employees just walking around most of them or using the phone and they honestly do give a dam bout all customers. You have to know someone there to get a service

Good afternoon, this place is not recommended to change any type of glass, they give you an appointment for 9 am and they tell you that it takes 5 hours to change the glass, at 12:05 pm they started working on the car, they are 2:30 and they still haven't finished it at 12:05 pm they were going to see if the glass they had was compatible with the car I had to call the insurance to tell them and the insurance called this place to see what was happening at 12:10 They told the insurance company that the car will be ready in an hour and that the glass was compatible with the car, but they don't let the client know because they have no professionalism at all.
Do not come to this place and if you do come, come with plenty of time to waste the entire day in this place.

Staff not helpful. Had an appointment to repaire a previous repaired windshield.
Faulty job should never have shattered in 1 week. When I got there they looked at the windshield and told me to come back. 3 hour wait. Lost 2 days of work.

This shop scheduled me for an appointment today...and NO ONE CAME...but that's not the worst part...I called to ask why no one came and spoke to the "Shop Owner" and this guy tells me that "my order was deleted because they don't do regulators anymore" and when asked why wasn't I told before the appointment...he said he "didn't know why"...but wait it gets better...as I was explaining my dissatisfaction with their poor customer service...he simply says "Bye Bye" and HANGS UP ON ME MID SENTENCE...I called back to speak to him again...I'm put on hold and then I'm told that the manager was gonna call me back...I thought the "Shop Owner" and manager were the same person and since I didn't hear from him...I called back...I call back and get this shop Owner back on the phone (unfortunately I never got his name) and asked him why he hung up on me...he says he didn't...but I said "NO YOU HUNG UP ON ME!" to which I'm then told I'm entitled to my opinion and asked me if I wanted the manager. I said no because I'm already writing a Google review then I curse him out. Right after that, I do get a called from the manager Luis to I explain my frustration and he actually listened to what I said. He apologized and said they would take care of the situation. I don't know what he plans to do but I got really frustrated because I was never told ahead of time about the cancelation of my appointment.
