Shannon the shift manager is absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
I’ve came to this store 2 days in a row the first time she is on the phone cussing someone out. Today she is texting and outside as I type this on the phone loud and the store is full of people it’s 4:12 pm August 12 . She just kept texting even though I’m standing there money in my hand ready to give to her . Just texting this would’ve been ignored until I came in today and same thing I will not be back .

The absolute worst Raceatrac gas station I have ever been to. They don’t have jack squat there to eat, the employees suck they can’t use their own systems or care about customers. Do yourself a HUGE favor and go to Wawa about 2 min west!

What the hell is the deal with this location. It's not even the fancy racetrac. Being considered an important business, open your damn lobby area. For the past two too three weeks now they have had the doors closed to where people can't go in to get what they need meanwhile it is 6:47 in the morning. And people are waiting outside needing to pay for gas and get what they need In the lobby area as well.....

Horrible service and lottery machine not working for about 5 days now! Almost every time you go in this store, the staff is rude, ignores customers and are on their phones instead of taking care of customers. Been checking for the last 5 days and every day the staff said the lottery machine is broken. How is that possible with a mega millions up to $740 million? Doesn't Race Trac want to get the revenue from selling lottery tickets??? Today, I told the staff member I should call corporate about the lottery machine being broken for so long. The staff member replied "No, no! Don't call corporate!" So what's up with that? Is the machine actually broken? Or does the staff just not want to sell lottery???

Location getting worse. Don't expect hot quick go food cause there is none here. 3 weeks same issue it seems that customer needs are just gas only as employees sit around gossiping and not attending customer needs like having coffe Tea and meals ready for customers. Where is Management?

I cannot believe one of your associates had me waiting for over 5 1/2 minutes while she's going through her cell phone back-and-forth uising foul language when she has customers in line and all she can say is give me a moment. I'll be with you so right now I'm down at wawa Buying what I needed?
