“The costumer service, professionalism and excellence in this pharmacy is top notch. Every time I call them I am so impressed with them. I must admit I’m one of those who never write reviews but always like to read them. I had to write today because I think they deserve it. They always, always, always! Answer the phone, always nice in a good mood. It may seem silly but trying calling other local pharmacies … They call you to remind you about your refills. They deliver to your house at the date and time they say they will. Even the delivery guy is so nice… I don’t know how they do it but they must have a really good team there, because when employees are happy they show it by how they treat their costumers. Great job you guys!!!”

“This place is amazing new Republic's very clean staff is very friendly any questions you could go to anyone there they usually all know no one really puts you off and tells you to go ask someone else all in all the store is ran very well. Management is awesome and anything that I cannot find at my official Publix closer to me, I come directly here! They are rarely ever out of anything. If they are out ut had to be do to a sale or shipping issue during a Hurricane. Again Management has this store running so Excellent that its needed to be said! So the masses can understand how quick it is at such a busy spot!”

“Shoutout to the store manager & pickup employee for going above and beyond in customer service this evening. We ordered an Instacart Pickup for the first time & we didn’t know we had to wait for it in a designated parking spot. Our order was missing a few things because the Instacart shopper couldn’t be bothered to wait for our items at the Deli! Needless to say he refunded the items that were ready to be picked up! This team was very helpful and completed our order themselves, which is why I’ll just order from Publix directly if I can! Thank you David & Team! Not sure if that was his name but whoever the managers were at around 8-9 pm! You ALL ROCK!!! Great customer service!!!!”

“Our initial visit was to Publix, as we are unfamiliar with the area. The staff was welcoming and helpful, and the store offered a wide variety of products. The restrooms were also clean and well-maintained.”
“A nice restful place this time of year. Not too hot. Quiet, contemplative. They are doing some renovations now, but nature programs will begin in a few months. Check their schedules. The have trails, mangroves, boating lakes, a lookout tower, etc.”
“I recommend this pharmacy, it has been the only place where they have helped me with my medications. The doctor recommended some vitamins that have helped me with my condition. I ordered some medications that they ordered for me and they called me as soon as they arrived, better service could not be possible, definitely the pharmacy that I recommend as a family pharmacy.”

Their sub stations vary on available people (causing big lines), their dipping sauces are regularly out of stock, some sandwiches aren’t in stock (no meatballs, missing sauces, waiting on slicing meats, etc).
But overall they’re my preferred Publix due to size and location and quality products. Just some room for improvement.”

“My sister & I just left Publix during our lunch time to grab a Sub. While in line, a woman took her phone & took a picture of me & my sister while carrying her baby because she thinks the tube dress she was wearing was inappropriate. And she shouldnt be dress like that with a daughter. She was going to send it to a group chat with her friends to laugh. NOT KNOWING THAT MY SISTER JUST HAD SURGERY & NOT ABLE TO PUT TIGHT FITTING CLOTHES AT THIS TIME. Also, its been 100° outside lately. There was a staff name "RINA" who saw the woman, she approached the woman to delete it and reported it to her Manager. Rina stopped us outside while heading to the car & she informed us what happened. She shared that she did not want to tell us in the store so she wouldn't cause confrontation between both parties. But she reported to the manager & watch the woman deleted it
