Beware! Do not use this company! This company also goes by BE MY MOVERS! We recently used this company and they stole personal items from us. Damaged multiple items, and damaged our new home!

This company over charged us and blamed the moving broker. The move cost us three times our initial quote and basically they pulled bait and switch with us. Multiple phone conversations took place and with each phone call, the price went up. When our possessions arrived, things were broken, boxes crushed and we are missing boxes of our belongings. Would not recommend and I am sorry I used them

Not a trusted company, misleading, hostile, and bait and switch practices. They have my belongings for up to 30 business days and said I had to pay more if I wanted my things delivered on the date signed. Don't bother high pressure and feels like a scan all the way.

This company is HORRIBLE!! They lie lie lie and once they have your things on their truck they double your price!! I moved from SC to WA. I could have sold the things from mu 1bd apartment and bought all new for the cost of hiring this company to move my things. If I wasn't on such a short deadline I would have never agreed to the new amount. They charged an additional $1050 for a std 3 seat sofa which by the way was on my original inventory. The pics I have seen of the condition peoples belongings are arriving in???? Firstly they will prove my cubic feet before they remove the first item(since it supposedly almost doubled from my quote) as well as stay while everything fragile is opened and checked for damage. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Items came to us smashed. Had to file insurance claim on them. The guys who loaded our items were very friendly. However, the owner and the front office lady are EXTREMELY rude. The owner threatened us the day his guys came to pick up our things and his guy's damaged multiple things during our move. Hey at least they gave us $60 to cover the damage for multiple EXPENSIVE collectibles as well as furniture that was damaged on their watch. They also overcharge you for boxes and packing material that is just cut up pieces of cardboard they reuse from their previous moves, as well as reused tape. They also DO NOT have their own trucks they rent from Enterprise and they don't wall off your items either so everything gets mixed in with all of the other orders on the truck. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I was quoted a fair price and the company seemed promising until moving day. 3 of the 4 workers were plastered drunk, when I asked what was wrong with them the driver asked "Whats wrong with you dude?". Just so unprofessional. My $6000 Glass table shattered when they dropped it off the porch. As I was upstairs I yelled down to see what the commotion was and one of the movers said "Sorry we just dinged the table a bit". 2 hours into the move the driver told me that they were going to take a 5 hour break when I contested this one of the workers yelled at me, grabbed my shoulders and said "F you and your family, we're tired." I was honestly terrified and ran to call the police. At the end of the day the driver's left and I lost my deposit having to hire a entirely new company. Do not go with this place do not hire this sham of a company

This company will treat your belongings like trash. This was an exceptionally expensive process, and my things arrived beyond the window of expected delivery (from pick-up at my former house it took >2 weeks to arrive) with thousands of dollars worth of damage. Sadly, the only insurance they will provide in weight-based and not value-based. For example, despite my Tiffany crystal being in a box marked fragile with arrows for proper orientation wrapped in bubble-wrap they decided to place a heavier box on top crushing it and shattering the contents. I had a desk completely smashed and legs broken. Something exploded in one box, and when repackaging they literally through things in without any rhyme or reason and the contents were covered in some goo with things cracked, smashed, and shattered. There is no way to be reimbursed for the value, only on the fact that they're roughly 3 lbs. And, when they do damage your things the process to file a claim is pointless. That's why they have no issues breaking everything and applying to care to any box or pieces of furniture. Because they know you're going to try to file a claim, get nowhere, and never receive any money back. Don't use them. I would have been better off breaking my back to load, drive, and unload all my stuff myself. At least things would have arrived on time and I would have put more effort into taking care of things for the high cost of their service.

Last minute they tried to charge us an extra $500 after they had loaded the truck, told us they would unload it and leave without us having a truck if we didn’t pay the ransom. We got paired with them through a broker. The broker claimed they would hold all responsibility for them and then the broker didn’t answer calls the day of the move. Do not use them unless you want to pay an extra thousand in bs moving fees. Even one of the movers said the owner was a con artist.

***DON'T USE THIS COMPANY***If I could give 0 or even negative stars, I would. They were hired through a company for my move from OH to FL. This was my first time using a moving company.Alexandru N. Showed up for pick up day and doubled our quote. Came to the door with a very arrogant attitude. His entire appearance, the way he Carrie's himself, and the way he talked proved He didn't want to be there. He walked through the house to get "his" inventory list even though he was already provided with one. I was specific and told him what needed to be loaded. (Everything in the house). He walked around too fast and didn't listen to what I said. His "notes" on what was going was scribbles and didn't give specifics. He Claimed I didn't tell him things that were going and fought almost everything I said. His crew left their trash EVERYWHERE. Dented and damaged walls without telling. And tried to charge me for things that I SPECIFICALLY asked to confirm several times before moving day whether or not they would be extra. On the phone I was told no but in person they charged. I was told we would have 3 guys, Only 2 guys were loading so it took longer. There was no communication for drop off. I tried calling several times and their manager was NEVER available. I was told they had a driver then three days later told they didn't have one anymore. They didn't communicate the fact they do not try to make it to your first available delivery day. I was told that never happens and to expect at least 2 weeks from that. (Of course they already had all our belongings in some random warehouse not in the same state). When they supposedly let me talk to their dispatch manager he shut me down when I barely started talking because he didn't want to speak with me. I never once yelled or was rude. When I finally got the call that our stuff was on the way down, I was told a two day timeframe and that the driver would give me a 24 hour notice. Now, I understand traffic and other things can change time frames, but he gave me a 4 hour window to show up for them. It's a good thing I didn't start work yet!During the drop off. They didn't set up everything they took apart at pick up. One guy left before everything was done. They dented walls and damaged doors. They don't care about your stuff or that you're living without your stuff. They will try to hide charges and change size specifications to charge more money.***DON'T USE THIS COMPANY***

If only there were negative stars to show the horrible customer service of this company. Our agreement was for the company to pick up on Wednesday, 2/22/23 and deliver on Friday, 2/24/23. Continued calls over the next four days we received various "stories": 1) We don't know where the truck is 2) The drivers had an urgent pick up with another client (the truck had one house on the semi, ours was the 2nd home) they "ran out of room" and had to get a U-Haul- so how could they go to help another client? Guess they dumped our truck/home goods and were pulled to another site/truck.3) We don't know where the truck is (don't all trucks have GPS to track their drivers and trucks? So, this is false information). 4) The truck will be there on Saturday. 5) The truck will be there on Sunday. Driver called and said the truck broke down/starter, now fixed & will show on Monday at 2:00 6) The truck will be there on Monday by 2:00. The truck never showed. -YOUR HOME GOODS ARE HELD HOSTAGE.-YOU GET NO SOLID, TRUTHFUL, REAL AND VALID INFORMATION FROM CALLING AND WAITING ON HOLD FOR NEARLY ONE HOUR AND 30 MINUTES.-THE SUPERVISOR: ERIC SIMPSON, HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE AND WILL OVER TALK YOU, LOUDLY OVER TALK YOU- TELL YOU THAT HE IS THE BOSS/MANAGER, BUT WHEN ASKED FOR WHO HE REPORTS TO YOU FIND OUT HIS BOSS IS CORINNE. BUT ERIC WILL NOT GIVE YOU HER LAST NAME. I informed Eric I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau (done), would post on line with Yelp and every other on-line review avenue (done), will report to the Attorney General of the State of Florida (next to do) and contact the local news channels, to ask to speak to the Consumer Reporter to share the story of this debacle and the worst moving company, who fabricates why they cannot meet their agreed upon delivery date of your personal belongings. This company needs to be known in the community and industry to NOT use. My husband and I are over 60 and feel this is a scam on any aged citizen, but especially senior citizens trying to move to Florida. I sincerely hope that this information helps another innocent consumer.

Beware they have a BLANKET 30-day delivery window to their moving contract. "Disclosure: All deliveries are made with a flexible schedule basis. Please indicate that is the first available date you are able to receive your shipment into your new location. We will engage in every effort to accommodate your needs. However this delivery and its actual arrival are flexible. THE EARLIEST POSSIBLE DATE I CAN RECEIVE MY SHIPMENT IS ______/______/________ (Delivery can take up to 30 business days from the earliest date listed above". This means that they will not provide you with any delivery date at all. It is in "irrelevant" question so don't ask. For the most part they will completely ignore you and not respond to emails or calls. If you are lucky you will get a late night drunken call from someone who refuses to give you their name and he will ask you question like your birth zip code.I talked to the company before I signed the contract about the 30 day delivery date and they said it was standard, but not an issue if you give them enough notice. I gave 6 weeks' notice for delivery. I schedule the delivery date on December 28, 2022, for a delivery date on February 15, 2023. They said it was fine and they would call the day before to confirm the time. I called and emailed the day before and the day of and they no showed and said I didn't give them enough time. They call me a at almost 10 pm a few days later drunk and said I need to understand that all their employees keep quitting and they have a blanket 30 days to delivery my property. I huge up since the guy was laughing on the phone. He thought my frustration was funny. This is the most unprofessional company I have every worked with. I sent several emails asking for a delivery date and no response. Now I am filing a claim and will most likely need to demanding arbitration just to get my property back. They are keeping my stuff hostage because I will not engage I late night drunken phone calls. After speaking the to the manager on the phone for 5 minutes I can see why everyone keeps quitting. Now they said they can show up at any time in the next 30 days without notice. I can't leave because they might show up, so I had to buy enough stuff to stay in my empty apartment. If you want to use this company beware they do not answer the phone, they do not respond to emails and they do not give delivery dates, plus they will hold your property hostage if you don't want to engage I late night drunken phone calls.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Truly worst move of my life. My experience just like the other reviews. The financial piece is bad enough. But it was truly heartbreaking seeing how disrespectfully they treated my belongings and basically damaged or ruined everything.

I had a friend use them to move from Florida to Georgia and they were horrible. They didn't show up in Georgia when they were supposed to and a lot of their stuff was wet and damaged. Stay away if you know whats good for you!
