Identico made the fingerprinting process easy. Shelly was thoroughly professional and friendly and the organization requesting my fingerprints got them less than twelve hours after I had them done. Overnight, exceptional service. I would gladly recommend Identico to anyone who needs fingerprinting done!

I received a very knowledgeable, reliable and reassuring service from beginning to end from Ms Shelley. The directions were clear, materials were sent as promised, monitored and processed in a timely manner. From my business interactions with this staff, i could sense someone who valued the customer as well as the company she works for. She definitely went above and beyond. Great job. Thank you. Since my interactions I had recommended 2 customers to them and will continue to do so.

Came in to get my fingerprints done, a process that takes not even 5 minutes, to be told theres a $20 convenience fee for any walk ins after 4:15pm. I walked into the office at 4:19 and still got slammed with the fee on top of the $85 I was already paying.... So much for giving people some sort of slack lol for something that literally took under 10 mins to complete.

I was a little confused about the fingerprinting process after submitting my application for licensure to another state. Elma from Identogo was super helpful and walked me through step by step to ensure I was able to leave with my fingerprint card. The office was very clean too and the staff was very nice as well.

I want to personally thank Shelley Daley for helping us through this process of providing information to the Florida Dept of Health for my nursing license. This place is amazing. The receptionist Shelly is so helpful and knowledgeable. I will continue to come here for any testing needs! I would definitely encourage people to come here if they need any drug testing or finger prints.

I took a drug and alcohol here this morning. It was both fast and easy with a walk in at that. The staff here is very friendly and comforting especially at the front desk. Will recommend to anyone in my situation that's for sure!!

The staff is pleasant and polite. The facilities are very clean. The service is very efficient! There is parking and the location is easily accessible.
