The staff was pleasant and hospitable. They diagnosed my car problem and called to update me and to get my permission to effect repairs. So I had an idea of the cost before,,, Repairs were effected at the most reasonable cost. They take me to work, repair my car, then pick me up at work and take me back, at no extra cost. Commendable service.

First Choice Auto operates like a well oiled machine. Every aspect of service was performed with customer satisfaction as priority. The mechanics are pleasant, well trained and have years of experience. They will come to my home or job to pick up my vehicle and return it at no extra cost. I will never take my car to the dealership as long as Mel and his team are still in business.

I've known Mel for over 20 years, he is one of the most Honest men I know. He has towering moral character. He has true due north moral compass integrity, truthfulness, and straightforwardness. I have a classic Corvette that he managed to fix without any problem. I know Corvette dealer mechanics that can't fix my classic car as well as Mel can. He fixed it like its brand-new. My experience with Maxwell at this shop was horrible!!! After being paid in full, he left my truck and went on vacation, and caught an attitude and refuse to speak with me when I went there about my vehicle. As a Disabled Veteran I felt very disrespected. MAXWELL was rude and obnoxious and does Not deserve your business!!!!!

I have been taking my Lexus to Mel for a few years now. He always shoots straight and gives me great rates. Because it is an older car I have had numerous visits to First Choice. My very first time he came to my house, I regularly recommend my friends. Very pleased and you will be too! WR
