The manager will put up signage for items located on the store's floor will supposedly show a discounted price. IGNORE them because when you get to the register, you'll be charged the normal price. Don't bother to point out the sign, the cashier will only go by what the scanner shows. Sometimes, aisle prices and the prices in the refrigerated/frozen food will also be another, higher price when scanned. The scanned price can be almost double. Again, the cashier won't give you the lower price. The homeless are allowed to loiter in the store, if they sit in the corner in located near the entrance. If you ask where an item is, you won't get a specific aisle but a general section of the store usually covering a couple of aisles.In my opinion, you're better off going to the Family Dollar about 1/2 a mile east on Hallandale Beach Blvd.

I was there this Saturday. Though we're familiar with much of their products, I found everything on my list including, paper goods, and Hand-Sanitizer. Their Saturday Only Coupon was a help, since the sudden rise in prices at 'Dollar' stores.Ciao! :) BellaJOeD..

Didn't know that you have to paid one dollar when you want cash back from check-out when using your card in their system. What a bummer!! At the same time you're paying at checkout.

The store is really just unorganized. The cashiers are slow, like to have personal conversations between customers that make the line longer, and they can also be quite rude. It's right down the street from my house so it's convenient, but customer service and appearance aren't great.

More like a 2.5. I don't recommend. It's dirty and bit messy and all over the place. Most of the time, the staff are not helpful and friendly. There is often something gone wrong with cashiering (they don't know what they are doing and/or don't give you back the right amount of change). Today, they didn't have the items I needed (which to be fair, doesn't happen often). I only go there now if desperate.
