The most unprofessional, terrible personnel. Sunday 19th, Nov 2023 early morning went for front wipers purchase. I found out the first guy in the counter left to right was too lazy to help me find them in top of giving me the wrong information. He had an issue with getting up (since he was doing his job sitting) and walk with me to point out the wipers. Further, I asked him about a return transaction I had made and rudely rerouted me to the supposed manager who later told me he was not the manager. Whao.. who knows what in that store. No help, lies, rudeness. Take your bussiness somewhere else. People like this should not be the front of the store. They should close this store if these are the kind of individuals they hire. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE, it needs a mayor employee inventory. Where do they get these people from?

Dealt with the most rudest and unprofessional manager at this store named Travis. He raised his voice constantly and offered noHelp at all, even though they gave me a defective part an hour prior. He seriously needs to be trained in customer service and professionalism. I’m an elite member as well and spend thousands at advance every year this truly makes me feel a lot different about advance now. Will never return to this store again.
