“I came here recently to get a Pub Sub at the deli, and it was taking a little bit, so a kind worker who I believed was named "Hannah" came by and helped me. The service was fast, done well, and she was very friendly! I especially appreciated her telling me the bacon would cost extra as many employees forget to do that and surprise me with an upcharge. Wonderful service with a wonderful sandwich.”

“The store is very small which makes all the employees seem very friendly and polite since they tend to be far less overwhelmed than those in a larger store. The place is always very clean and while they might not carry a few special items due to their size, they're always eager to check and tell you where you might find what you're looking for. They also have the best bakery I've seen in any Publix.”

“I love this Publix. It is always organized and clean. The customer service and experience has always been 10/10. They have great sushi bar, bakery and deli section. Shout out to Andrew from the deli. He is very kind, genuine and professional. He really bought my experience at this location to a new level, in the most simplest way. It is truly the little things that matter and he showed up in a great way. He recommended me deals, explained the different flavors and products that was offered and while still maintaining efficiency to get everyone taking care of because there was a few people in line. 10/10 service.”
“I travel for work and visit any Publix that I come across for my lunch breaks almost everyday to grab a salad if there’s a salad bar or an avocado vegetable wrap if they have that. Sometimes, the sushi bar disappoints, but today I grabbed my wrap from this location and it has to be the loveliest one that I have ever purchased from any location. It was wrapped with expert style, long even and neat which makes it much easier to eat as the vermicelli sometimes splits when it’s wrapped unevenly. I would really like to thank, Khai at the sushi bar because I am just so delighted with the quality of his service!”

Floor staff was very helpful and the cashier was very polite and attentive. We travel 10 miles one way to go to the Merritt Island store when we have two facilities in Cocoa Beach much closer. Not meant for this location**** When I tell you this is the best Publix location I have ever been to in my life.. believe it! :) I just moved down the street and have been to this location already dozens of times. First let me start off by saying I've been faithfully a publix customer my whole life all up and down Florida, and service is a huge deal to me... Which is why I shop at Publix. This Publix is on another level of amazing service. I would go as far as to say that this one is the prime example of what this brand stands for. The Staff is so friendly, welcoming, warm, helpful, efficient and professional while still being personal. If you've ever seen the Disney movie Beauty and the Beast where Belle is shopping in the Town square and it's this fairy tale experience.. That's the best way I can describe it... I don't even feel like this place is in the same dimension as the rest of the world. I go there and buy things just because I like to be there in between my major shopping necessities. That's how freaking great it is. I have not had one negative experience at this store. It's hit or miss at a lot of Publix locations depending on where you're going what time of day,... I've been to some pretty bad ones... The one right down the street is awful... But even if I moved all the way back to Indian Harbor/Satellite Beach I would likely drive all the way down to this one every time. What a great team they have here and what a great example of this store sets. I HOPE THE WHOLE STAFF KNOWS HOW MUCH THEY ARE APPRECIATED!”

After going to 3 other Publix for a chocolate and vanilla cake for a 45 yr anniversary party I came here. Once again this Publix DIDN'T disappoint.
A wk or so ago I had similar issues finding certain frozen power blend vegetables and this Publix DIDN'T disappoint.
I have had nothing short of gr8 experiences here at this Publix. Gr8 variety and selection .

Had to go DMV Express machine to renew registration easy quick I was done in about 3 minutes. Then I decided to get one of their awesome sandwiches in the deli. I got my usual New York grinder pretty sandwich friendly always clean.”

“This is my "home" store. Always clean and stocked. ALL departments have super friendly staff. I am blessed to live in a tourist town. The only drawback to this is that the prices are higher here than the Publix in outlying areas. Best sushi ever!”
