Good service and very informative when something happens or is wrong and how they manage to keep the service flowing to provide the most needed medication to the patients

It is a quick process. Called in refills. Got text telling me all were ready. I had one person ahead of me so wait time was less than 5 minutes. Cannot hope for better than. Love going there every 90 days.

There policy is apparently not to call the doctor's office if they have a problem with the way a prescription is written, but I stead make you play telephone... Otherwise their nice and it's pretty fast...
