Worst base satellite pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I had multiple orders sent to the clinic and if it's backordered, they will not contact you or do anything about it. I had to special order another medication and was told it would be arriving in a week. Checked on the medication 2 weeks later to find out it was never ordered. I was working with a young Airman who was very professional explaining information on my medication but was interrupted by a civilian trying to rush me out . The civilian told the Airman, "It's 4:38, mami!". Apparently, they close at 4:30 and that civilian pointed at the emergency exit side door when they locked me in. It just keeps getting worse everytime I have to refill medications. It's very weird that I submitted an ICE comment but haven't received any response. I really wish the Squadron Commander can look into how disorganized it is.

Very efficient and friendly. Clean and spacious. Rest rooms are available and clean. Old prescription drop off box in waiting area. Drive thru avail. Love that they send a text now when my prescription is ready for pick up.

Was on hold for 30 minutes as caller 9 in queue, when it got down to caller 1, I got the busy tone. Then I called the pharmacy directly. Was in the queue as number 5, a woman answered and then put me on hold for 15 minutes only to be told I was in the “doctors” queue and she has to transfer me. She transfers me and I’m caller number 7 in queue. This is a mess.

Nice clean place. Not very busy. Polite and friendly workers there. Glad there there to fill prescriptions.

Last week my husband called to see if an appointment for covid test was needed they said no just get here at 7:30 am. We left Orlando at 6:30 got her to be told my husband needed to change his info with tricare and had to set up an appointment also no appointments for the day. We went to tgere tricare office called to set up the appointment for next day the lady tells us there were 2 appointments available one at 10:00 and one at 1:30, but there to call back in 15 min to get info in system and that there might still be a 10:00. We called back 15 min exactly go figure it was taken she knew we wanted that one she could jad held it for us. So we spent the whole day waiting finally when we did they said results in one hour its been an hour and a half waiting to get results. This is crazy! Had she been kind enough to hold the appointment we would be home getting ready for my husband's going away party. If these employees had the info correct to begin with the outcome would had been better. Thank Goodness the guy behind the desk at Family Medicine helped us find the results and got it for us.

I do appreciate being able to use the pharmacy. The drive through at peak times can be long and somewhat slow. I understand that volunteers usually operate this area so I'm thankful for their service. They are closed a lot due to holidays and training days so be sure to inquire before making the trip.

Never seem to answer calls. They just let it ring and ring and ring forever. No voicemail. The only reason this place has any patrons is because they are forced there by the government...

Remember everyone, it's FREE. The cover almost all of the East Coast of Florida. Lots of retirees. Now that Express Scripts is charging a co-pay my as too much so I come to the Pharmacy and wait my time. What is it worth to you to get this service? I go to the BX and wander around while my RX is being filled. I live 25 miles away from the pharmacy. If it is really a problem for you, contact your Congressman or Senator. They are the ones who closed bases and took away the benefits we were promised when we signed up to serve our Country. Believe I have been to worse pharmacies.
