I was struggling with a return through a third party with Amazon. Nico was an AMAZING help! He found and printed the return labels for me and even helped carry the heavy boxes from my car. Above and beyond for service! He smiled and made me laugh! Thank you Nico!!

Ray was the real MVP today! I went to return a package that required a printed label. I forwarded the label to the store email but Ray wasn't able to access it. After numerous attempts he was able to solve the issue, print the label and send me on my way. During the entire interaction he was calm, patient and personable. Thank you Ray!

I always have such a great service here. Yesterday, Nico certainly went above and beyond with helping me with an Amazon problem. He was so patient and always smiling and polite!!! I'm so glad I live close to this UPS store.

over the past couple weeks I have had to go into Specifically into the store. I have had a lot of prints done and some prints that needed to be laminated.
it is pretty neat when you walk into a store and an employee recognizes a customer, and comes directly over to help you. Ray has been to go to guy at this particular location. He always made the transactions easy.

Every single person who works at this store has been polite and helpful, not just to me but I’ve observed this with their other customers. They are knowledgeable about their services and if there is a question that individual can’t answer for a customer, they are always quick to ask a coworker for help rather than making a customer wait for them to figure it out.

Ray Garrett at the Parrish UPS location was extremely helpful. I brought in an Amazon return not realizing it needed a box. He did me a huge favor and took care of it for me. Great service!

This location is very busy, but the staff is super efficient and knowledgeable. I was assisted by Ray the other day, and he was upbeat, pleasant & professional. The whole staff on site seemed very positive and friendly. I did not know, but Ray informed me this location does Notaries and Passport Photos too. The parking lot may not be desired (very busy) but the service inside is.
