I have used this store for 5 years for all of my mail needs. Every person there has always been helpful. The store is always clean. And they do a great job when the lines get long! Can't recommend them enough. I'm moving so won't be using them any longer, and I'll miss those folks.

This location is by far the best I've been to as of yet. I think the main reason is due to the employees they have chosen to hire
Not only Helpful but they are attentive. , always listening and providing info when needed. A Huge deal for me is when a employee doesn't acknowledge the customer even if the store or establish is busy (this goes fir all companies not just UPS . Dint ignore the customer as they are waiting. A "we will be with you soon" or a hello.
This store does that.
Today I had an inquiry and called the store, spoke with Kyle and he deserves this 5 star review. Also, so does the other employee they have that did my package yesterday the 25th. Shipping to Canada. I wish I knew his name because he has helped me alot to. Including answering questions for international shipping and what options I had for shipping and the best one for my situation.

2.44 to print one page. Refused Amazon return package. 10/notary fees regardless how many you have.
They also tried to charge us 130 to ship something which costed us 22 via online shipping systems.
This place is the biggest rip off

Sherry did an amazing job converting my line art into a vector file. Not only did she do a great job but the job was done quickly. Any phone calls I made were returned. I didn’t even have to go to the store. My local UPS store took over a week to even say they could handle the job. I would highly recommend this store. Everyone was professional and pleasant.

I wanted to give a shout out to this store! (and the one on 69th is great, too) I am so sorry I cannot remember the ladies names that helped me. Having just had a book published, I designed my own bookmarks and business cards. The lady who does the calculations for making sure the items print and are cut correctly did a fantastic job making mine look perfect. She, and the other lady who brought my order out to me were professional but also very pleasant to work with. Thank you, Ladies?

My mom went in there to ship a box that she packaged herself with a used Amazon box. They told her she couldn’t ship it because it wasn’t in a “proper shipping box.” Tried to sell her a 6 cube for 20 dollars on top of the shipping charge. The post office gave her a new box with shipping for 11 bucks. And it’s getting there sooner. Stay away from this place. Scammers.

On many occasions as soon as you walk into this store the employees are right there to greet you, to assist you, to answer your questions and to thank you when you leave. All of them are so personable and cheerful. Makes you feel good after visiting this store.
