I have used this pharmacy since I moved down here about 2 years ago. I use it because it is really close to my house. I wish I didn't have to because their service is severely lacking. If you have a narcotic prescription you fill regularly good luck getting it filled before you run out. They pick and choose when to fill it, normally the day you run out. I like to pick my rx up a day or two before I run out. They can do way better.

In the past 5 months or so, the pharmacy turn around time has increased dramatically. I used to be able to get a prescription filled at least within the same day, if not within hours of dropping off or sending electronically. I don't know if staff changes occured, but they may need to hire more people to help the new staff. Like I said this is a recent problem, the staff in the past were amazing.

Publix pharmacies are generally very good. This one, however, is at the bottom of the pile for friendly service. Prescription pickups are almost never on time. Notifications (text or phone call) have not occurred in over a year and, each time I raise the issue, they claim to fix my profile or tell me it's a corporate problem. No one greets the customer with a smile; very much unlike the Publix culture we've come to know and appreciate. I'll be switching my prescriptions to another pharmacy, even if less convenient.

Wanted a flu shot because I have to go out of town unexpectedly.I showed up when they opened and was told I had to wait about 15 minutes so she could return phones calls? I guess the customer doesn't come first anymore. I have been using this pharmacy since this store opened, and lately the service has been lacking

Genuinely the worst pharmacy I’ve been to. Prescriptions never ready even when you call ahead to ENSURE they’re ready. Wrong insurance on file with no answer where they got the information from. Better off going to any other Publix as this seems to be an isolated problem.

Luckily we don't have to go often, but the several times we've gone within the past 2 years since moving here have been memorable. Any time we need to ask them something, whether it's concerning our prescription or if something is still available over the counter because it wasn't in the aisle, they act like we're bothering them. We may not have to go often, but it's often enough for us to find somewhere else just so we don't have to deal with them.

I wanted a cupcake pull apart cake for my son’s birthday. The people in the bakery were so kind and helpful. I sent them a picture of my idea and they executed it perfectly. We had a very happy superhero!
